ပြည်သူအများစီးနင်းသွားလာနိုင်ရန် ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့သည်မှာ အချိန် တစ်လရှိပြီဖြစ်သော တရုတ်-လာအို ရထားလမ်းသည် ခရီးသည် ၆၇၀,၀၀၀ ခန့်နှင့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်း တန်ချိန် ၁၇၀,၀၀၀ ခန့်အား သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ကြောင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ရထားလမ်းလည်ပတ်ရေးတာဝန်ရှိသူက ဇန်နဝါရီ ၃ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်-လာအို ရထားလမ်းသည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်း ယူနန်ပြည်နယ်နှင့် လာအိုနိုင်ငံ ဗီယင်ကျန်းမြို့အား ချိတ်ဆက်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အဆိုပါ ရထားလမ်းသည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံက ပူးတွဲတည်ဆောက်ကာ လည်ပတ်ခဲ့သော ပထမဆုံး နိုင်ငံရပ်ခြားရထားလမ်းလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။
