Striker Jackson faces unsure summer as Chelsea aims to trim squad

LONDON, Aug. 7 (Xinhua) — Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca refuses to rule out selling Senegal striker Nicolas Jackson, saying that “anything can happen” over the future of the player who scored 13 goals last season.

Chelsea has brought in Liam Delap and Joao Pedro over the summer, and despite loaning Marc Guiu to Sunderland, still needs to sell to avoid again falling foul of UEFA’s financial fair-play rules.
