ဟောင်ကောင်သည် ယခုအဆင့် သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွင် အမြင့်ဆုံးအဆင့်ရရှိခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ အာရှတိုက်တွင် ထိပ်တန်းအဖြစ်သတ်မှတ်ခံရခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဆွစ်ဇာလန်အခြေစိုက် စီးပွားရေးကျောင်း၏ အစီရင်ခံစာ၌ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။
ဟောင်ကောင်သည် လူရည်ချွန်အရည်အချင်းပြိုင်ဆိုင်မှုဆိုင်ရာ စံညွှန်း ၃ ခု စလုံးတွင် ၂ နှစ်ဆက်တိုက် တိုးတက်လာကြောင်း၊ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားမှုအဆင့်တွင်မူ အဆင့် ၂၀ သို့ မြင့်တက်လာခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ အဆင်သင့်ရှိမှုတွင် အဆင့် ၃၊ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွင် အဆင့် ၁၂ နေရာသို့ အသီးသီးအဆင့် မြင့်တက်လာခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

စံညွှန်းအားလုံးအရ ဟောင်ကောင်သည် သိပ္ပံဘွဲ့ရပညာတတ်များ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းတိုးတက်မှုအဆင့်တွင် လည်း ထိပ်ဆုံး၌ ဆက်လက်ရပ်တည်နေကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အလားတူ ဘဏ္ဍာရေး ကျွမ်းကျင်သူများရရှိနိုင်မှုတွင် အဆင့် ၃ သို့တက်လာကြောင်း၊ ပညာရေးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနှင့် လစာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွင်လည်း အဆင့် ၅ နေရာ၌ ရပ်တည်နေကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Hong Kong leaps to 4th place in world talent ranking
HONG KONG, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) — Hong Kong leaped markedly to fourth in the World Talent Ranking 2025 released Tuesday by the International Institute for Management Development, up from ninth spot last year.
Hong Kong has achieved its highest-ever position in the ranking, securing the top position in Asia, the Switzerland-based business school said in the report.
According to the report, the city has seen improvements across all three talent competitiveness factors for the second consecutive year. Its position in “appeal” rose to 20th, while rankings in “readiness” and “investment and development” climbed to third and 12th, respectively.
Among the indicators, Hong Kong continued to top the ranking in the percentage of graduates in sciences. It rose to third in the availability of finance skills, and ranked fifth in the remuneration of management as well as effectiveness of management education.
Hong Kong ranking first in Asia showed that the policy and measures of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government in education, innovation and technology, and talent admission are on the right track and yielding results, said a spokesperson for the HKSAR government.
By the end of August this year, over 520,000 applications were received under various talent admission schemes, with over 350,000 applications approved. During the same period, over 230,000 people of talent arrived in Hong Kong through various talent admission schemes. ■
