အမေရိကန်အနေဖြင့် ဗင်နီဇွဲလားနိုင်ငံတွင် သိုလှောင်ထားသော ရေနံများကို ဈေးကွက်တွင် ရောင်းချရုံသာမက ယင်းနိုင်ငံမှထုတ်လုပ်သော ရေနံရောင်းချမှုများကိုလည်း အချိန်အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ ထိန်းချုပ်ထားမည်ဟု အမေရိကန် စွမ်းအင်ဝန်ကြီး ခရစ္စရိုက်က ဇန်နဝါရီ ၇ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“ဗင်နီဇွဲလားကနေ ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ ရေနံစိမ်းတွေကို ဈေးကွက်မှာ ရောင်းချသွားမှာပါ။ အရင်ဆုံး ရေနံတွေကို အရန်အနေနဲ့ သိုလှောင်ထားမယ်။ ပြီးတော့မှ ဈေးကွက်ထဲမှာ ရောင်းချတာကို အချိန်အကန့်အသတ်မရှိ ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမှာပါ” ဟု ဖလော်ရီဒါပြည်နယ် မိုင်ယာမီမြို့တွင် ပြုလုပ်သည့် စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတစ်ခု၌ ရိုက်က ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း မီဒီယာများက ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
ထိုသို့ရောင်းချမှုများကို အမေရိကန်အစိုးရက လုပ်ဆောင်မည်ဖြစ်ကာ ရေနံရောင်းရငွေများကိုလည်း အမေရိကန်အစိုးရက ထိန်းချုပ်ထားသော ဘဏ်အကောင့်များထဲတွင် အပ်နှံထားမည်ဟု ရိုက်က ဆိုသည်။
ထို့နောက် ဗင်နီဇွဲလားပြည်သူများ အကျိုးရှိစေရန်အတွက် ရေနံရောင်းရ‌ငွေများကို ဗင်နီဇွဲလားနိုင်ငံထဲသို့ ပြန်လည်စီးဆင်းစေမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ တစ်ချိန်တည်းတွင် အမေရိကန်အနေဖြင့် ဗင်နီဇွဲလားတွင် အပြောင်းအလဲများ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာရေးအတွက် တွန်းအားပေးရန် ထိုရေနံရောင်းရငွေများကို ထိန်းချုပ်ကာ ထိထိရောက်ရောက် အသုံးချရန်လိုအပ်ကြောင်း ရိုက်က ထပ်လောင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ထရမ့်အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ဗင်နီဇွဲလား ခေါင်းဆောင်များနှင့်သာမက အမေရိကန် ရေနံကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့်လည်း “ထိရောက်သော ဆွေးနွေးမှုများ” လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်ဟု ရိုက်က ဆိုသည်။

U.S. to indefinitely control Venezuelan oil sales, says U.S. energy secretary
NEW YORK, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) — U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright said Wednesday that the United States will not only market stored oil in Venezuela but also control the sales of oil output from the country indefinitely.
At an industry conference in Miami, Florida, Wright said: “We’re going to market the crude coming out of Venezuela, first this backed up, stored oil, and then indefinitely, going forward, we will sell the production that comes out of Venezuela into the marketplace,” according to media reports.
The sales will be “done by the U.S. government and deposited into accounts controlled by the U.S. government,” Wright said.
Wright added that the proceeds from oil then can flow back into Venezuela to benefit local people while the United States needs to have the leverage and control of oil sales to drive changes that must happen in Venezuela.
The Trump administration is in “active dialogue” with Venezuela’s leaders, as well as U.S. oil companies, according to Wright.
Venezuelan authorities “will be turning over” between 30 million and 50 million barrels of sanctioned oil to the United States, said U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday.
The United States has been widely bashed and protested following the large-scale military strike on Venezuela, which many view as an unlawful action primarily driven by a desire to control the South American country’s vast oil reserves.
