သုတေသနပညာရှင် ၂၅ ဦး အမေရိကန်မှ သြစတြီးယားသို့ ပြောင်းရွေ့မည်

ဦးဆောင်သုတေသနပညာရှင် ၂၅ ဦးသည် ပညာသင်ဆုအစီအစဥ်အသစ်တွင် ၎င်းတို့၏လုပ်ငန်းများ ဆက်လက်လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံမှ သြစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံသို့ နေရာရွှေ့ပြောင်းမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သြစတြီးယားသိပ္ပံအကယ်ဒမီ (OeAW) က စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၅ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

25 researchers move from U.S. to Austria
VIENNA, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) — Twenty-five leading researchers are relocating from the United States to Austria to continue their work under a new scholarship program, the Austrian Academy of Sciences (OeAW) said Thursday.
Funded by OeAW’s APART-USA scholarship, each four-year grant provides 500,000 euros (583,047 U.S. dollars), enabling scientists to resume research in Austria instead of the U.S. The first arrivals will begin at Austrian institutions this year.
Drawn from prestigious universities such as Harvard, Princeton, and MIT, the scholars range from postdoctoral fellows to professors and cover fields from physics and chemistry to computer science, life sciences, cultural studies, and the humanities.
Austria introduced the program in April to provide “a safe haven” for researchers facing restrictive immigration policies and dramatic funding cuts in the U.S. (1 euro = 1.17 U.S. dollar)
