အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ လမ်းစီမံကိန်းအတွက် အာရှဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဘဏ်က ကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း ၃၀၀ ထုတ်ချေးမည်

အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ ဂျာဗားတောင်ပိုင်းကမ်းရိုးတန်းတစ်လျှောက် ခန့်မှန်းခြေအားဖြင့် အရှည် ၇၂ ကီလိုမီတာရှိ သဘာဝဘေးဒဏ်ခံနိုင်သည့်လမ်းများ ဖောက်လုပ်ရန် ချေးငွေ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ သန်း ၃၀၀ ကို အတည်ပြုခဲ့ကြောင်း အာရှဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဘဏ် (ADB) က ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၃ ရက်တွင် ကြေညာခဲ့သည်။ ကျွန်းနိုင်ငံဖြစ်သော အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံ တောင်ပိုင်းဒေသများ၏ လမ်းပန်းဆက်သွယ်ရေးတိုးတက်ရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု လှုံ့ဆော်ပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

ဘဏ်၏အဆိုအရ အဆိုပါချေးငွေကို လက်ရှိတွင် Jember ရှိ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး ဧရိယာများနှင့် အရှေ့ဂျာဗားရှိ Banyuwangi ခရိုင်တို့အကြား ရှစ်နာရီခရီး သွားရောက်နေရသည့် တည်ရှိနေပြီးသား အဆက်အသွယ် ပြတ်တောက်နေသည့် ကျဥ်းမြောင်းသောလမ်းကြမ်းများ အဆင့်မြှင့်ရန် စီမံကိန်းအတွက် ရန်ပုံငွေ ထောက်ပံ့မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
လမ်းသစ်များသည် အဆိုပါဒေသများနှင့် စီးပွားရေးစင်တာများ၊ စျေးကွက်များနှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ခရီးသွားချိန်ကို နှစ်နာရီခန့်အထိ လျှော့ချပေးနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ကာ ဝန်‌ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများ၊ ပညာရေးနှင့် စီးပွားရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းများ တိုးတက်စေမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ADB က စီမံကိန်းတွင် ရေကြီးမှုအန္တရာယ်လျှော့ချနိုင်ရန် ရေနုတ်မြောင်းများ၏လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်စွမ်း မြှင့်တင်မှုများ၊ သဘာဝကိုအခြေခံသည့် ဖြေရှင်းချက်များအသုံးပြုခြင်းကာ ဇီဝနည်းပညာဖြင့် တောင်စောင်းဆင်ခြေလျှောများ ကာကွယ်ခြင်းနှင့် ရာသီဥတုဆိုးရွားသည့်အခြေအနေများတွင် အခြားရွေးချယ်နိုင်မည့်လမ်းပန်းဆက်သွယ်ရေး ထောက်ပံ့နိုင်မည့် ရာသီဥတုဒဏ်ခံနိုင်သည့်တံတားများ အပါအဝင် ရာသီဥတုပြောင်းလဲမှုနှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေဖြစ်သည့်လုပ်ငန်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

ADB approves 300 mln USD loan for road project in Indonesia
MANILA, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) — The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Wednesday announced that it has approved a 300-million-U.S.-dollar loan to construct approximately 72 km of disaster-resilient roads along the southern coast of Java, Indonesia, aiming to improve connectivity and spur economic development in the island’s southern regions.
According to the bank, the loan will fund a project to upgrade the existing narrow dirt road with missing links, which currently requires an eight-hour journey between agricultural areas in Jember and Banyuwangi regencies in East Java Province.
The new roads will connect these communities to economic centers and markets, reducing travel time to about two hours and improving access to services, education, and economic opportunities.
The ADB said the project employs climate change adaptation measures, including enhanced hydraulic structure capacity to mitigate flood risks, bioengineered slope protection using nature-based solutions, and climate-resilient bridges to provide alternative access during extreme weather events.
“The project will advance the country’s competitiveness and strengthen the resilience of its infrastructure. It will help balance economic development between Java’s well-connected north-central regions and the southern coast, where agricultural communities have limited road access to markets and services,” the multilateral lender said.
The project underscores gender equality and women’s economic empowerment by reserving at least 10 percent of skilled construction jobs for women and implementing comprehensive road safety programs that address the specific needs of women, children and people with disabilities, the bank added.
