မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဆန်စပါးအသင်းချုပ် (MRF) မှ ကြီးမှူးကျင်းပသော The 2nd ASEAN Rice Trade Summit 2026 ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၄ ရက်တွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ရန်ကုန်မြို့၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။“ဒီပွဲက အစည်းအဝေးပွဲ သက်သက်မဟုတ်ဘူး။ အာဆီယံနိုင်ငံအတွင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ ဆန်စပါးစိုက်ပျိုးထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ နိုင်ငံတွေနဲ့ တင်ပို့ရောင်းချတဲ့ နိုင်ငံတွေကြားမှာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု၊ ယုံကြည်မှုတည်ဆောက်မှုတွေကို တိုးတက်မှုဖြစ်စဉ်တွေကို အပြန်အလှန် ဖလှယ်နိုင်မယ့် ပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဆန်စပါးအသင်းချုပ် (MRF) မှ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးရဲမင်းအောင်က အဆိုပါအခမ်းအနားတွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“ဒီ အစည်းအဝေးကို ကျင်းပရတဲ့ အဓိကရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကတော့ အာဆီယံ ဆန်စပါးကဏ္ဍမှာရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ကိုင်ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြတဲ့သူတွေအချင်းချင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုတွေပိုမို အားကောင်းစေဖို့၊ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့တဲ့ ဆန်စပါးထုတ်လုပ်မှုနဲ့ ကုန်သွယ်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ဖို့၊ ဒေသတွင်း စားနပ်ရိက္ခာဖူလုံမှုကို တိုးမြှင့်ဖို့နဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့ဈေးကွက်ကို ချဲ့ထွင်နိုင်ဖို့အတွက်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားသည်။
အထွက်နှုန်း ကျဆင်းခြင်း၊ ဆန်အရည်အသွေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများ၊ ဓာတ်မြေဩဇာဈေးနှုန်း မြင့်မားခြင်းနှင့် စက်သုံးဆီ အခက်အခဲများကဲ့သို့သော ပြဿနာများနှင့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများသည် ဒေသတွင်း နိုင်ငံအားလုံးတွင် တူညီစွာခံစားနေကြရကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။

အဆိုပါ အာဆီယံ ဆန်ကုန်သွယ်ရေး ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး (ARTS) သည် အာဆီယံဒေသတွင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို အားကောင်းစေရန်နှင့် ဆန်လုပ်ငန်းများတိုးတက်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်သည့် အဆင့်မြင့် ဒေသတွင်းပလက်ဖောင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

2nd ASEAN Rice Trade Summit 2026 held in Myanmar
YANGON, April 4 (Xinhua) — The 2nd ASEAN Rice Trade Summit 2026, organized by the Myanmar Rice Federation (MRF), was held in Yangon, Myanmar on Saturday.
During the event, Chairman of MRF, U Ye Min Aung, said that this event is not only a gathering, but also a platform for collaboration, trust-building, and sharing progress among Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) rice producing and exporting countries.
The intention of organizing the summit is to strengthen collaboration among ASEAN rice industry stakeholders, promote sustainable rice production and trade, and enhance regional food security while expanding the global market, he said.
The problems and challenges are similar across all countries, such as decreasing yields, quality issues, high fertilizer prices and fuel difficulties, he said.
To overcome these challenges, cooperation among neighboring countries is essential. Rather than each nation trying individually, collaboration can bring more fruitful results, he added.
The Cambodia Rice Federation, Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Myanmar Rice Federation, Thai Rice Exporters Association and Vietnam Food Association joined the event.
The ASEAN Rice Trade Summit (ARTS) is a high-level regional platform dedicated to strengthening cooperation and advancing the rice industry across ASEAN.
