တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ရှန်ဟိုင်းမြို့တွင် ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်က ပထမဆုံး လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်မှု ရှေ့ပြေးဇုန် (FTZ) စတင်တည်ထောင်ချိန်မှစ၍ လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်ရေးဇုန် ၂၁ ခုနှင့် ဟိုင်နန် လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်ရေး ဆိပ်ကမ်းတစ်ခုရှိလာပြီဖြစ်သည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ FTZ တည်ဆောက်မှုသည် နိုင်ငံ၏ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုထံ အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များ ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်သလို တွန်းအားများ ဖြည့်တင်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
လွန်ခဲ့သော ၁၀ နှစ်အတွင်း လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်မှုဇုန်များ၌ အဖွဲ့အစည်းဆိုင်ရာ ဆန်းသစ်မှု ၂၇၈ ခု ဖော်ထုတ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်း ကျင့်သုံးခဲ့ရာ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့ရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်မှုလွတ်လပ်ရေး၊ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးပွင့်လင်းမှုရှိစေရေး စသည်တို့အား လွှမ်းခြုံမှုရှိခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

A decade on, China’s free trade zones become pacesetters for further reform and opening-up
BEIJING, Aug. 2 (Xinhua) — Since the establishment of the first pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in Shanghai in 2013, China has so far boasted 21 FTZs and the Hainan Free Trade Port.
China’s FTZ construction will usher in new opportunities and inject more vitality into the country’s high-quality development.
In the past 10 years, 278 institutional innovations have been formulated in FTZs and then replicated nationwide, covering investment facilitation, trade liberalization, financial opening-up, among other fields.
China’s pilot FTZs cover the eastern, central and western regions, and each one has its strategic positioning and development goals.
