ထိုကဲ့သို့ စစ်ရေးအရ အခြေစိုက်ခြင်းက ရုရှားနိုင်ငံနှင့် အဆိုပါမစ်ရှင်များတွင် ပါဝင်သော နေတိုးအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများကြား၊ ယုတ်စွအဆုံး နေတိုးမဟာမိတ်အဖွဲ့ တစ်ခုလုံးနှင့်ပါ တိုက်ရိုက် ထိပ်တိုက်ရင်ဆိုင်တွေ့နိုင်သည့် အန္တရာယ်ကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေနိုင်သည်ဟု ၎င်းက သတိပေးခဲ့သည်။

Any foreign military presence in Ukraine is threat to Russia: spokesperson
MOSCOW, April 9 (Xinhua) — The presence of any foreign troops in Ukraine would be seen as a threat to Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said Wednesday.
“Any foreign military presence in Ukraine, regardless of the flag, signs, or declared mandates, will be considered by the Russian Federation as a threat to the security of our country,” Zakharova told a press briefing.
She warned that such military presence poses the risk of direct confrontation between Russia and NATO members involved in such missions, and ultimately the entire alliance.
French President Emmanuel Macron unveiled a range of initiatives to support Ukraine at a summit in Paris on March 27. He proposed to deploy “reassurance forces” from a few willing EU member states to strategic locations in Ukraine should a peace agreement be reached with Russia.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that the potential deployment of European troops to Ukraine would be a threat to Russia and that Moscow sees “no room for compromise” on the issue. ■
