တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရှီကျင့်ဖိန်သည် ထျန်းကျင်းမြို့တွင် ကျင်းပသော “ရှန်ဟိုင်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအဖွဲ့ ပလပ်စ် (SCO Plus)” အစည်းအဝေးတွင် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအစီအမံ (GGI) ကို စက်တင်ဘာ ၁ ရက်က အဆိုပြုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
“မိမိအနေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံအားလုံးအတွက် တရားမျှတမှုရှိပြီး သာတူညီမျှရှိတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုစနစ် ဖော်ဆောင်ဖို့နဲ့ လူသားမျိုးနွယ် အေးအတူပူအမျှ အသိုက်အဝန်းဆီ အဆင့်မြင့်တက်လှမ်းနိုင်ဖို့ မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်” ဟု ရှီက ယင်းအစည်းအဝေး မိန့်ခွန်း၌ ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
သမ္မတ ရှီက အလေးထားဖော်ပြခဲ့သော ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအစီအမံ (GGI) ဆိုင်ရာ မူကြီး ငါးရပ်မှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
— ပထမအချက်မှာ မိမိတို့အနေဖြင့် အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာ သာတူညီမျှရှိရေးကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
— ဒုတိယအချက်မှာ မိမိတို့အနေဖြင့် နိုင်ငံတကာတရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးအား လိုက်နာစောင့်ထိန်းရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
— တတိယအချက်မှာ နိုင်ငံစုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဝါဒကို လက်တွေ့ကျင့်သုံးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
— စတုတ္ထအချက်မှာ ပြည်သူအခြေပြုချဉ်းကပ်မှုကို ထောက်ခံအားပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

Xi proposes Global Governance Initiative
TIANJIN, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday proposed the Global Governance Initiative (GGI) at the “Shanghai Cooperation Organization Plus” Meeting in Tianjin.
“I look forward to working with all countries for a more just and equitable global governance system and advancing toward a community with a shared future for humanity,” Xi said when addressing the meeting.
He highlighted five principles for the GGI:
— First, we should adhere to sovereign equality.
— Second, we should abide by international rule of law.
— Third, we should practice multilateralism.
— Fourth, we should advocate the people-centered approach.
— Fifth, we should focus on taking real actions.
