လျိုကော်ကျုံးက တရုတ်နိုင်ငံတွင် ယခုနှစ်အတွင်း စပါးအထွက်နှုန်းကောင်းရန်မျှော်လင့်ထားကြောင်း၊ နွေစပါးအထွက်နှုန်းတည်ငြိမ်မှုရှိကာ ပေါ်ဦးပေါ်ဖျားစပါးအထွက်နှုန်းတိုးမည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ထားကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ဆက်လက်ပြီး ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က ဆောင်းဦးစပါးရိတ်သိမ်းခြင်းတွင် ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်သော ရလဒ်များရရှိရေးအတွက် သဘာ၀ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် လျော့ပါးရေးအစီအမံများ အားလုံးကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်း အလေးပေးပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

China’s vice premier calls for synergy to build strong agricultural sector
JINAN, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) — Chinese Vice Premier Liu Guozhong has called for synergy in advancing comprehensive rural revitalization and building a strong agricultural sector.
Liu, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Tuesday attended a national event in Yantai, east China’s Shandong Province, in celebration of the eighth Chinese farmers’ harvest festival. During the event, he said that China is expected to secure a bumper grain harvest this year, with a stable summer grain output and an increase in early rice production.
He stressed the necessity of implementing all disaster-prevention and mitigation measures to ensure more good results in the ongoing autumn grain harvest.
The vice premier called for further efforts to develop high-standard farmland, invigorate the seed industry, follow an all-encompassing approach to food, and enhance the country’s comprehensive agricultural production capacity.
He said that the development of rural industries, rural construction and rural governance should be enhanced in accordance with local conditions, and that multiple measures should be taken to ensure the employment and income growth of farmers.
The Chinese farmers’ harvest festival is the first national festival to be created specifically for the country’s farming community. First held in 2018, each festival coincides with the annual Autumnal Equinox — one of the 24 solar terms on the Chinese lunisolar calendar, usually falling between Sept. 22 and 24, during the country’s harvest season. ■
