လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုစတင်သည့်အချက်ပြမှုအဖြစ် စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၄ ရက် နံနက် ၉း၀၀ နာရီခန့် အချိန်တွင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံမှ တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးရေယာဥ်နှစ်စီးသည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနောက်တောင်ပိုင်း ယူနန်ပြည်နယ် ဆိပ်ကမ်းမှ ထွက်ခွာလာခဲ့သည်။
၁၅၇ ကြိမ်မြောက်ကင်းလှည့်မှုတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ကင်းလှည့်ရေယာဥ်နှစ်စီးလည်း ပါဝင်ခဲ့သည်။ ရေလမ်းကြောင်း ဘေးကင်းရေးထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများနှင့် အွန်လိုင်းလောင်းကစားမှုများ၊ လိမ်လည်မှုနှင့် မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါး ထုတ်လုပ်မှုရောင်းဝယ်ဖောက်ကားမှု များကဲ့သို့ နယ်စပ်ဖြတ်ကျော်မှုခင်းများကို ပစ်မှတ်ထားတိုက်ဖျက်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

157th joint patrol of Mekong River begins
KUNMING, Sept. 24 (Xinhua) — Law enforcement authorities from China, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand on Tuesday initiated their 157th joint patrol mission along the Mekong River to combat cross-border crime.
At approximately 9 a.m. Tuesday, two Chinese law enforcement vessels set sail from the Jingha port in southwest China’s Yunnan Province, signaling the start of the coordinated mission.
Two patrol vessels from Myanmar are also involved in the 157th joint patrol. The mission will target cross-border crimes such as online gambling, telecom fraud, and drug production and trafficking, with the aim of maintaining the safety of the waterways.
During the patrol, relevant law enforcement agencies from the four countries will hold an information exchange meeting in Muang Mo, Laos, to analyze the security situation in the Lancang-Mekong river basin, discuss case information and plan future cooperation priorities.
The Mekong River — known as the Lancang River in China — is a vital waterway for cross-border shipping. China, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand have been conducting joint patrols of the river since December 2011.
