မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အလယ်ပိုင်း မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးတွင် မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးတားဆီးနှိမ်နင်းရေးရဲတပ်ဖွဲ့မှ တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များပါဝင်သော ပူးပေါင်းအဖွဲ့သည် ဘိန်းဖြူ ၈.၅၄ ကီလိုဂရမ် ဖမ်းဆီးရမိခဲ့ကြောင်း CCDAC Myanmar က ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၂၁ ရက်၌ သတင်းထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါ ပူးပေါင်းအဖွဲ့သည် သတင်းအရ မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီး၊ ပုသိမ်ကြီးမြို့နယ်ရှိ နေအိမ်တစ်အိမ်ကို ဝင်ရောက်ရှာဖွေရာ သံသယရှိသူနှစ်ဦးနှင့်အတူ ဘိန်းဖြူများကို ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁၆ ရက်က ဖမ်းဆီးရမိခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ထို့နောက် စစ်ဆေးဖော်ထုတ်မှုအရ မူးယစ်ဆေးဝါးရောင်းချသူ နောက်ထပ်သံသယရှိသူတစ်ဦးကို ရန်ကုန်တိုင်းဒေသကြီး မင်္ဂလာဒုံမြို့နယ်ရှိ အောင်မင်္ဂလာအဝေးပြေးကားဝင်း၌ ဖမ်းဆီးရမိခဲ့ကြောင်း CCDAC Myanmar က သတင်းဖော်ပြထားသည်။
ထိုဖမ်းဆီးရမိသော ဘိန်းဖြူများမှာ ဒေသကာလတန်ဖိုး ကျပ် ၂၁၃ သန်းကျော်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Over 8 kg of heroin seized in central Myanmar
YANGON, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) — Myanmar authorities have seized 8.54 kg of heroin in Mandalay region of central Myanmar, the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC) reported on Friday.
Acting on a tip-off, anti-narcotics police raided a house in Mandalay’s Patheingyi township on Feb. 16 and confiscated the heroin along with two suspects.
Following the investigation, another suspect, who was selling the drugs, was arrested at Aung Mingalar highway bus terminal in Mingaladon township of Yangon region on Feb. 18, it said.
The seized drugs had a street value of over 213 million kyats (about 101,000 U.S. dollars), it added.
The three suspects have been charged under the country’s law, and a further investigation is ongoing, the CCDAC said.
