မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၊ နေပြည်တော်တွင် ၇၇ နှစ်မြောက် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနေ့ အခမ်းအနားကို ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၁၀ ရက်က ကျင်းပခဲ့ကြောင်း ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၁၁ ရက်ထုတ် နိုင်ငံပိုင် ကြေးမုံ သတင်းစာတွင် ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။အခမ်းအနားတွင် အမျိုးသားကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီရုံး အမှုဆောင်ချုပ် ဦးအောင်လင်းဒွေးက ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၁၀ ရက်သည် ကမ္ဘာ့လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကြေညာစာတမ်းကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂအထွေထွေညီလာခံက အတည်ပြုထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည့် (၇၇) နှစ်ပြည့်မြောက်သောနေ့ဖြစ်သကဲ့သို့ အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနေ့လည်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု အမှာစကားပြောကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သတင်းတွင်ဖော်ပြပါရှိသည်။

အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလူ့အခွင့်အရေးနေ့ အခမ်းအနားများကို ကမ္ဘာ့နိုင်ငံအသီးသီးတွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်လေ့ရှိခြင်းကြောင့် မိမိတို့မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကလည်း လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို အလေးထားသည့်အနေဖြင့် ယခုအခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပရခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဦးအောင်လင်းဒွေးက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ရပ်အတွင်း၌ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို လေးစားလိုက်နာကျင့်သုံးခြင်းဖြင့် အဆိုပါလူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ တည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းရေးကို များစွာအထောက်အကူပြုမည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ၎င်းကဆိုသည်။
တရားဥပဒေစိုးမိုးရေးနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သောအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစနစ်သည် နိုင်ငံသားများ၏ အခွင့်အရေးများကို အာမခံချက်ပေးပြီး နိုင်ငံသားများအနေဖြင့်လည်း နိုင်ငံသားတာဝန်များကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးစနစ်ကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းလိုကြောင်း ဦးအောင်လင်းဒွေးက တိုက်တွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်ဟု သတင်း၌ ဖော်ပြထားသည်။

ထို့နောက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အမျိုးသားလူ့အခွင့်အရေးကော်မရှင် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးပေါ်လွင်စိန်က ကော်မရှင်၏ လုပ်ငန်းအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများကို ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြပြီး ကော်မရှင်အဖွဲ့ဝင် ဒေါက်တာမြင့်သူမြိုင်က ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်က ပေးပို့သည့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနေ့ အထိမ်းအမှတ်သဝဏ်လွှာကို ဖတ်ကြားခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Myanmar marks 77th International Human Rights Day in Nay Pyi Taw
YANGON, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) — Myanmar marked the 77th Human Rights Day in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday, the state-owned daily The Mirror reported on Thursday.
Speaking at the event, Executive Chief of the Office of the National Defense and Security Council Aung Lin Dwe said that Dec. 10, 2025, marks the 77th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations General Assembly and is observed as International Human Rights Day, the report said.
He added that as International Human Rights Day is celebrated in many countries around the world, Myanmar is also commemorating the occasion out of respect for human rights, the report said.
Aung Lin Dwe added that respecting and practicing human rights within a society greatly contributes to its stability and peace, it said.
He said that the rule of law and good governance guarantee the rights of citizens, and urged citizens to support good governance by fulfilling their civic responsibilities, the report said.
At the event, Chairman of the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission Paw Lwin Sein explained the implementation of the commission’s work, and member of the commission Dr. Myint Thu Myaing read the message sent by the UN Secretary-General on the occasion of International Human Rights Day, it added.
