လာမည့်ငါးနှစ်အတွက် မြန်မာ-တရုတ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များအား အတူဆွေးနွေး

“၁၅ ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါးနှစ်စီမံကိန်း – လာမည့်ငါးနှစ်အတွင်း မြန်မာ-တရုတ် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များ” ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ လေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့ (MISIS) တွင် ယနေ့ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၆ ရက်၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါဆွေးနွေးပွဲသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံသံရုံးမှ သံမှူးကြီး Cao Jing ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ လေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့ (MISIS) အဖွဲ့ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဦးသန့်ကျော်နှင့် နှစ်နိုင်ငံအစိုးရအဖွဲ့မှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ၊ လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ Think Tank ပညာရှင်များ၊ မီဒီယာများနှင့် စီးပွားရေးအသိုက်အဝန်းမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ စုစုပေါင်း လူ ၄၀ ခန့် တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

အဆိုပါ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း (CFPD) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရုံးနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ မဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ လေ့လာရေး အင်စတီကျုတို့ ပူးတွဲကြီးမှူး၍ တရုတ်-မြန်မာ စီးပွားရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးအသင်းမှ ပူးတွဲစီစဉ် ကျင်းပခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။

Cao Jing က အမှာစကားပြောကြားရာတွင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ၁၅ ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါးနှစ်စီမံကိန်းက ကမ္ဘာနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက် အရေးပါမှုကို အလေးပေးပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါ “၁၅ ကြိမ်မြောက် ငါးနှစ်စီမံကိန်း” အကြံပြုချက်က တရုတ်-မြန်မာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအတွက် အလွန်ကြီးမားသော ဈေးကွက်အခွင့်အလမ်း၊ အရည်အသွေးမြင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအခွင့်အလမ်း၊ လုံခြုံရေး ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုအခွင့်အလမ်း၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနှင့် တည်ငြိမ်ရေး အခွင့်အလမ်းများကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတက်ရောက်သူများအနေဖြင့် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးကာ တရုတ်-မြန်မာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု “နှစ်ဖက်အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်းရေး” အတွက် ဉာဏ်ပညာအကျိုးဆောင်ပေးကြရန် တိုက်တွန်းကြောင်း ၎င်းက ထောက်ပြပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

မြန်မာ-တရုတ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံကြား ပေါက်ဖော် ချစ်ကြည်ရေးအခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်သည် ခိုင်မြဲကြောင်း၊ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ခေတ်မီအသွင်ပြောင်းရေးတည်ဆောက်မှု၏ အောင်မြင်မှုများနှင့် အတွေ့အကြုံများသည် အထူးအလေးထားထိုက်ကြောင်း ဦးသန့်ကျော်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများအကျိုးအတွက် လာမည့်ငါးနှစ်အတွင်း နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ကူးလူးဖလှယ်မှုနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာမည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ပါကြောင်း ၎င်းကဆိုသည်။
ဆွေးနွေးပွဲတက်ရောက်လာသူများက တရုတ်-မြန်မာ အေးအတူပူအမျှအသိုက်အဝန်းတည်ဆောက်ရေးကို ပိုမိုမြှင့်တင်ရန်အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ထွက်ပေါ်လာသောအခွင့်အလမ်းများကို မည်ကဲ့သို့ ဆုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ကြောင်းနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း အပြန်အလှန် ဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Myanmar and China Explore Cooperation Opportunities for the Next Five Years

Yangon, November 26, 2025 —The seminar “The 15th Five-Year Plan: New Opportunities for Myanmar–China Cooperation in the Next Five Years” was held today at Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS). Approximately 40 participants attended the event, including Minister Counsellor Cao Jing of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Myanmar, MISIS Chairman U Thant Kyaw, as well as representatives from the governments of both countries, social organizations, think tanks, media outlets, and the business community. The seminar was jointly organized Myanmar Office of China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) and Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, with support from the China–Myanmar Economic Cooperation and Development Promotion Association.
In her remarks, Cao Jing highlighted the significance of China’s upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan for both the world and Myanmar. She noted that the 15th Five-Year Plan will generate major opportunities for Myanmar–China cooperation in areas such as access to China’s vast market, high-quality development, security collaboration, and the promotion of peace and stability. She encouraged participants to share their views openly and contribute ideas to further advance the “two-way efforts” of Myanmar–China cooperation.
U Thant Kyaw stated that the Pauk-Phaw friendship between Myanmar and China has a solid foundation, and that China’s achievements and experience in its modernization process deserve high recognition. He expressed hope that the two countries will strengthen exchanges and cooperation over the next five years for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
Participants also engaged in in-depth discussions on how Myanmar and China can seize emerging opportunities to further advance the building of a China-Myanmar Community of Shared Future.
