ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား‌ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းကဏ္ဍသည် ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ပထမ ၁၁ လအတွင်း စုစုပေါင်းရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၇.၃၂ ဘီလီယံ ဆွဲဆောင်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး ယမန်နှစ်အလားတူကာလက ရရှိခဲ့သည့် ဒေါ်လာ ၄.၃၃ ဘီလီယံထက် ၆၉ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးတက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၂ ရက်က တရားဝင်အစီရင်ခံစာအရ သိရသည်။မြေယာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ မြို့ပြစီမံကိန်းနှင့်တည်ဆောက်ရေးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်သည့်အစီရင်ခံစာတွင် ဝန်ကြီးဌာနအနေဖြင့် ဇန်နဝါရီမှ နိုဝင်ဘာကာလအတွင်း ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးစီမံကိန်း ၃,၅၀၃ ခုအတွက် လိုင်စင်များ ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့ကြောင်း ယခင်နှစ်အလားတူကာလအတွင်း ရှိခဲ့သော စီမံကိန်းပေါင်း ၂,၆၂၂ ခုထက် ၃၃.၆ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးတက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ယနေ့အထိ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံတွင် အထပ်မြင့်အဆောက်အအုံပေါင်း ၃,၂၅၄ ခု (ငါးထပ်မှအထပ် ၄၀ ကြား)နှင့် မြို့သစ်နှင့် လူနေအိမ်ရာ ၆၉၈ ခုရှိပြီး အများစုမှာ ဖနွမ်းပင်မြို့တော်တွင်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အစီရင်ခံစာတွင် ထပ်မံဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
လက်ရှိအချိန်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားကုမ္ပဏီပေါင်း ၃၇၇ ခု အပါအဝင် ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးနှင့်နေအိမ်ဒီဇိုင်း ကုမ္ပဏီပေါင်း ၉၅၃ သည် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံတွင် လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိသည်။

“ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးကဏ္ဍက ကျွန်တော်တို့နိုင်ငံရဲ့စီးပွားရေးတိုးတက်မှုနဲ့လူမှုဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မြှင့်တင်ရာမှာ အဓိကအခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ လုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိပြီး နောင်တွင်လည်း ဆက်လက်ပါဝင်နေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု မြေယာစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုနှင့်မြို့ပြစီမံကိန်းနှင့်ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီး Theng Chan Sangvar က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Cambodia’s construction attracts investment projects worth 7.32 bln USD in 1st 11 months of 2025
PHNOM PENH, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) — Cambodia’s construction sector had attracted a total investment of 7.32 billion U.S. dollars in the first 11 months of 2025, up 69 percent from 4.33 billion dollars over the same period last year, said an official report on Tuesday.
Issued by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, the report said the ministry had granted licenses to 3,503 construction projects during the January-November period this year, up 33.6 percent from 2,622 projects over the same period last year.
To date, the kingdom had 3,254 high-rise buildings (between five and over 40 floors), and 698 locations of new towns and residential complexes, mostly in capital Phnom Penh, the report added.
Currently, a total of 953 construction and home design companies, including 377 foreign firms, are operating in the Southeast Asian country.
“The construction sector has played and will continue to play a key role in boosting our national economic growth and social development,” said Theng Chan Sangvar, a secretary of state of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
Construction, along with real estate, is one of the four pillars supporting Cambodia’s economic growth in addition to garment, footwear and travel goods export, tourism, and agriculture.
