ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်မြောက်ပိုင်း ခိုင်ဘာပတ်ခ်တွန်ခဝါ ပြည်နယ်၌ ကလေးငယ် ၁ ဒသမ ၃သန်း နီးပါးကို ရည်ရွယ်၍ ပိုလီယိုကာကွယ်ဆေး တိုက်ကျွေးမှု စတင်ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ပြည်နယ် အရေးပေါ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေး စင်တာက ဇွန် ၂၈ ရက်တွင်ပြောသည်။
အသက် ငါးနှစ်အောက် ကလေးငယ်များကို ကာကွယ်ဆေးတိုက်ကျွေးရန် အဖွဲ့ပေါင်း ၉,၉၂၁ ဝန်းကျင် ဖွဲ့စည်းထားပြီး ကာကွယ်ဆေးပေးသည့်အဖွဲ့များကို ကာကွယ်ရန် လုံခြုံရေးအရာရှိ ပေါင်း ၁၅,၀၀၀ ကို တပ်ဖြန့်ချထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ပိုလီယိုဗိုင်းရပ်စ်အမြစ်ပြတ် နှိမ်နင်းနိုင်ရေးမှာ ပါကစ္စတန် အစိုးရ၏ အဓိကဦးစားပေးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြည်နယ်ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် အလီအာမင်ဂန်ဓာပေါလ်က ပြောသည်။

ပိုလီယိုကာကွယ်ဆေးတိုက်ကျွေးမှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်တွင် ရှေ့တန်းမှ ပါဝင်ကြသည့်လုပ်သားများမှာ သူရဲကောင်းများဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ မိဘများနှင့် အုပ်ထိန်းသူများသည် အိမ်တိုင်ရာရောက် ကာကွယ်ဆေးပေးသည့် လှုပ်ရှားမှုကို အပြည့်အဝ ထောက်ခံသင့်ကြောင်း ပြည်နယ် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က ပြောသည်။

5-day anti-polio campaign launched in NW Pakistan
ISLAMABAD, June 28 (Xinhua) — A polio vaccination campaign was launched in Pakistan’s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province with a target to vaccinate nearly 1.3 million children, the Provincial Emergency Operation Center said on Friday.
Around 9,921 teams have been formed to vaccinate children under the age of five and about 15,000 security personnel will be deployed to protect the polio teams, according to the center.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister of KP Ali Amin Gandapur said eliminating the polio virus is also among the top priorities of the Pakistani government.
The minister said that frontline polio workers are heroes, and parents as well as guardians should fully support door-to-door polio work.
Earlier on Tuesday, Pakistan reported the sixth polio case of this year after the virus was found in a child in southwest Balochistan province, according to the health ministry. ■
