မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံမြို့တော် ကွာလာလမ်ပူမြို့၌ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများအသင်း (Asean) ၏ ၄၇ ကြိမ်မြောက် ထိပ်သီးဆွေးနွေးပွဲနှင့် ဆက်စပ်အစည်းအဝေးပွဲများအတွင်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံနှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်တစ်ရပ်ကို အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၆ ရက်က လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြ သည်။
အဆိုပါ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်ကို ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဟွန်မန်နက်နှင့် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံဝန်ကြီးချုပ် အနူတင်ချန်ဗီရာကူးလ်တို့က လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံသည် ပူးတွဲကြေညာချက်ကို အပြည့်အဝ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန် ခိုင်မာသော ကတိကဝတ်ကို ထပ်လောင်းအတည်ပြုကြောင်း လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးပွဲ အခမ်းအနားတွင် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဟွန်မန်နက်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သလို နှစ်နိုင်ငံစလုံးမှ ပြည်သူများအတွက် ထင်သာမြင်သာရှိသောအကျိုးကျေးဇူးများကို ယူဆောင်ပေးနိုင်မည့် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးအတွက် သေချာမှုရှိစေရန် ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံ၊ မိတ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံများအားလုံးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုကို ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထပ်မံအတည်ပြုပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
အနူတင်ကမူ အဆိုပါကြေညာချက်ကို အပြည့်အဝ အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဆိုပါက ရေရှည် တည်တံ့သော ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးတည်ဆောက်မှုအုတ်မြစ်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အရေးကြီးဆုံးမှာ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံတို့၏ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ပြုပြင်ပြောင်းလဲရာတွင် အကူအညီ ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနှင့် ထိုင်းစစ်တပ်တို့အကြားတွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံနယ်စပ်တစ်လျှောက် ဇူလိုင် ၂၄ ရက်က တိုက်ပွဲ များဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့သည်။ အဆိုပါတိုက်ပွဲများကြောင့် သေဆုံးသူနှင့် ဒဏ်ရာရသူပေါင်း တစ်ရာကျော်ရှိခဲ့သည်။
မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံတွင် သြဂုတ် ၇ ရက်က ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် အထူးအစည်းအဝေးတွင် အသေးစိတ် အချက်အလက်များပါဝင်သည့် အပစ်အခတ်ရပ်စဲရေးဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူညီမှုတစ်ရပ်ကို သဘောတူညီမှုရခဲ့ပြီး အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား လက်ရှိစစ်တပ်များဖြန့်ကြက်ချထားမှုကို ထပ်မံလှုပ်ရှားခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ဘဲ ထိန်းထားရန်၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံနယ်စပ်တစ်လျှောက်တွင် တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များ ထပ်မံတိုးချဲ့ချထားခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ရန် သဘောတူညီမှု ရရှိခဲ့ကြကြောင်းသိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Cambodia, Thailand sign joint declaration on peace
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 26 (Xinhua)
Cambodia and Thailand on Sunday signed a joint declaration on peace on the sidelines of the 47th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit in the Malaysian capital.
The declaration was signed by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet and Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.
At the signing ceremony, Hun Manet said Cambodia reaffirms its strong commitment to fully implementing the joint declaration and to continuing close cooperation with Thailand and all partners to ensure lasting peace that brings tangible benefits to people in both countries.
For his part, Anutin said the declaration, if fully implemented, will provide the building blocks for lasting peace and, more importantly, will help mend Thai-Cambodian ties.
Armed clashes between Cambodian and Thai forces broke out on July 24 along their border. The clashes have resulted in more than a hundred deaths and injuries.
On Aug. 7, at an extraordinary meeting held in Malaysia, the two ASEAN member states agreed on the details of a ceasefire and signed an agreement, pledging to maintain current troop deployments without further movement and not to increase forces along the border. ■
