အင်ဒိုနီးရှားအာဏာပိုင်များက ဘန်ဂျာနီဂါရာမြေပြိုမှုအတွက် ရှာဖွေရေးနှင့် ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ကို နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၅ ရက်က တရားဝင်ရပ်ဆိုင်းလိုက်ပြီး အဆိုပါ မြေပြိုမှုဖြစ်စဥ်ကြောင့် သေဆုံးသူ အရေ အတွက် ၁၇ ဦးအထိမြင့်တက်လာခဲ့သလို ၁၁ ဦး ပျောက်ဆုံးနေဆဲဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အင်ဒိုနီးရှား အမျိုးသားဘေးအန္တရာယ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုအေဂျင်စီ (BNPB) ၏ အဆိုအရ အဆိုပါမြေပြိုမှုသည် ဂျာဗားပြည်နယ်အလယ်ပိုင်း ဘန်ဂျာနီဂါရာအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးနယ်မြေရှိ ပန်ဒါနာရမ်ကျေးရွာတွင် နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၅ ရက်၊ ညနေ ၄ နာရီအချိန်ခန့်က ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု ဆိုသည်။
ဘက်ပေါင်းစုံမှ ကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့်သုံးသပ်အကဲဖြတ်ပြီးနောက် ဆယ်ရက်ကြာပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် ရှာဖွေကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအားထုတ်မှုကို ရပ်ဆိုင်းလိုက်ကြောင်း BNPB က နိုဝင်ဘာ ၂၅ ရက် နှောင်းပိုင်းတွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည့် ကြေညာချက်တွင် ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
ဆက်လက်ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် မြေလွှာလှုပ်ရှားမှု၊ ငြိမ်သက်မှုမရှိသော ရာသီဥတု၊ နက်နဲပြီး ပြန့်ကြဲနေသည့် အပျက်အစီးများက ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် ရှာဖွေမှုများ ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်ရန် အလွန် အန္တရာယ်များစေသည်ဟုလည်း သိရသည်။
ရှာဖွေကယ်ဆယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည့် နောက်ဆုံးရက်တွင် ခန္ဓာကိုယ်အစိတ်အပိုင်း နှစ်ခုအပါအဝင် ရုပ်အလောင်းငါးခုကို ထပ်မံပြန်လည်ရှာဖွေတွေ့ရှိခဲ့သလို သေဆုံးသူအရေအတွက်ကလည်း ၁၇ ဦး ရှိလာခဲ့ကြောင်း အတည်ပြုနိုင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
ရနိုင်သမျှ ရှာဖွေကယ်ဆယ်ရေးနည်းလမ်းအားလုံးကို ဖြန့်ကြက်အသုံးပြုခဲ့သော်လည်း ရှာဖွေ ကယ်ဆယ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များက မြေအောက်မြုပ်သွားဖွယ်ရှိသည့် အခြားသူ ၁၁ ဦး ၏ တည်နေရာကိုမူ တွေ့ရှိခဲ့ခြင်း မရှိပေ။
အဆိုပါ မြေပြိုမှုဖြစ်စဥ်ကြောင့် လူလေးဦးထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့သလို လူပေါင်း ၁,၀၁၉ ဦးအိုးမဲ့အိမ်မဲ့ဖြစ်ခဲ့ သည်။ ထို့ပြင် အိမ် ၂၀၆ လုံးပျက်စီးသွားခဲ့သလို လမ်းများနှင့် ဆည်မြောင်းရေသွယ်မြောင်းများ ပျက် စီးခြင်း၊ အိမ်မွေးတိရိစ္ဆာန်များသေကြေဆုံးရှုံးခြင်း၊ စျေးဆိုင်ငယ်များနှင့် ငါးမွေးကန်များပျက်စီးခြင်းများ အပါအဝင် ရုပ်ဝတ္ထုဆုံးရှုံးမှုများလည်း ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့သည်။

Death toll rises to 17 in Indonesia’s landslide
JAKARTA, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) — Indonesian authorities on Tuesday officially ended search and rescue operations for the Banjarnegara landslide, where the death toll has risen to 17, while 11 people remain missing.
According to the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the landslide struck Pandanarum Village in Central Java’s Banjarnegara Regency on Nov. 15 at around 4:00 p.m.
The BNPB said in a statement on late Tuesday that the ten-day rescue effort was halted following a comprehensive evaluation. Ongoing soil movement, unstable weather, and deep, widespread debris made further searches too dangerous for rescue personnel.
Five additional bodies were recovered on the final day of operations, bringing the confirmed number of fatalities to 17, including two recovered body parts. Despite deploying all available search methods, teams were unable to locate 11 others believed to be buried.
The disaster also injured four residents and displaced 1,019 people. Material losses included 206 destroyed houses, damaged roads and irrigation channels, livestock losses, and the destruction of small shops and fishponds.
The BNPB said recovery efforts will now become the focus, including relocating residents from high-risk areas, providing psychosocial support, and preparing 50 temporary shelters before the end of December. ■
