မလေးရှားတော်ဝင်လေတပ်(RMAF) မှ ဂျက်တိုက်လေယာဉ်တစ်စီးသည် သြဂုတ် ၂၁ ရက်က ပါဟန်းပြည်နယ်ရှိ လေဆိပ်တစ်ခု၏ ပြေးလမ်းပေါ်တွင် မတော်တဆမှုတစ်ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်မှုများအရ သိရသည်။
အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံထုတ် F/A-18D Hornet ဂျက်တိုက်လေယာဉ်မှာ ဒေသစံတော်ချိန် ည ၉:၀၅ နာရီတွင် မတော်တဆမှုဖြစ်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်ဟု RMAF က ကြေညာချက်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
အဆိုပါကြေညာချက်တွင် အများပြည်သူအနေဖြင့် မတော်တဆမှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော ကောလာဟလသတင်းများကို သတိထားစိစစ်ရန်လည်း အကြံပြုတိုက်တွန်းထားထားကြောင်း တွေ့ရသည်။
ဘာနားမားသတင်းဌာန၏ဖော်ပြမှုအရ ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့သည့် တိုက်လေယာဉ်မှူးနှင့် တွဲဖက်လေယာဉ်မှူး ၂ ဦး စလုံး ပြန်လည်ကောင်းမွန်သက်သာလာသော်လည်း ကုသမှုများ ဆက်လက်ခံယူနေရကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Malaysian air force jet involved in accident at airport
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) — A Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) jet was involved in a runway accident at an airport in Malaysia’s Pahang state on Thursday.
The jet, an F/A-18D Hornet, was involved in the accident at 9:05 p.m. local time, the RMAF said in a statement.
It also advised the public against speculation on the incident.
According to Bernama, the pilot and co-pilot have been recovered and are receiving treatment. Videos circulating on social media show the jet moving along the runway with bright sparks emanating from it during takeoff.
