၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ပထမ ခုနစ်လအတွင်း သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံ၏ ပို့ကုန်တန်ဖိုး အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁၀ သန်းနီး ပါးအထိ ရောက်ရှိပြီး ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ်အလားတူကာလထက် ၇.၇၉ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးတက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ပို့ကုန် ဖွံဖြိုးမှုဘုတ် အဖွဲ့(EDB)က သြဂုတ် ၂၅ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
ကုန်စည်တင်ပို့မှုစုစုပေါင်း အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၇.၈ ဘီလီယံ ဝန်းကျင်ရှိပြီး ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ် အလားတူကာလထက် ၇.၂၂ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း မြင့်တက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း EDB ၏အဆိုအရ သိရသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းများမှတစ်ဆင့် ရရှိငွေမှာ အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၂.၁၉ ဘီလီယံခန့် ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
ဇူလိုင်လတွင် တင်ပို့ကုန်စည်နှင့်ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရရှိ‌ငွေ နှစ်ရပ်ပေါင်းလျှင် ‌ဒေါ်လာ ၁.၆၄ ဘီလီယံ ရှိပြီး ယခင်နှစ် ကာလတူနှင့်နှိုင်းယှဥ်လျှင် ၁၂.၆၈ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးမြင့်လာခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။
သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံသည် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်မြင့်မားမှုရှိခြင်းကြောင့် ကုန်စည်တင်ပို့မှုရော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကဏ္ဍတွင်ပါ ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိပြီး ၎င်း၏ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် တင်ပို့ကုန်ရည်မှန်းချက်ကိုရောက်ရှိမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း EDB ၏ ပြောကြားချက်အရ သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Sri Lanka’s exports near 10 bln USD in seven months
COLOMBO, Aug. 25 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s exports rose to nearly 10 billion U.S. dollars in the first seven months of 2025, up 7.79 percent from the corresponding period in 2024, the Export Development Board (EDB) said Monday.
According to the EDB, merchandise exports totaled around 7.8 billion dollars, reflecting a 7.22 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024, while services exports brought in about 2.19 billion dollars.
In July, combined exports of goods and services were valued at 1.64 billion dollars, reflecting a 12.68 percent year-on-year increase.
The EDB said the strong performance underscores resilience in both merchandise and services sectors and expressed confidence that Sri Lanka will meet its 2025 export target.
