China-Thailand cooperation on electric taxis transforming Thai airport
The Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok is Thailand’s busiest airport, welcoming over 50 million travelers annually.
Recognizing the need for sustainable travel options, Airports of Thailand (AOT) has joined forces with Chinese electric vehicle (EV) carmaker GAC Aion to introduce electric taxi services since January this year.
The initiative aims not only to enhance the passenger experience but also to propel the airport towards a greener future.
