တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အရှေ့မြောက်ဘက် အအေးပိုင်းဇုန် တွင် နွေဦးပွဲတော် ခရီးသွားရာသီအတွင်း လုံခြုံပြီး အန္တရာယ်ကင်းစွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန်၊ စိန်ရန် မီးရထားဗျူရိုမှ အင်ဂျင်နီယာများသည် ရထားလမ်း၏အခြေအနေကို စစ်ဆေးရန် “ရထားလမ်းဆရာဝန်” ဟုအမည်ပေးထားသော ရထားလမ်းချို့ယွင်းချက်ရှာဖွေရေးယာဉ်ကို အသုံးပြုလျှက်ရှိသည်။
ရထားအားလုံး ဘူတာရုံသို့ ပြည်လည်ရောက်ရှိချိန်တွင် “ရထားလမ်းဆရာ၀န်” က ၂၄.၀၀ နာရီအတွင်း ရထားလမ်းချို့ယွင်းချက်ရှိမရှိကို စစ်ဆေးရန် တစ်နာရီလျှင် ၆၀ ကီလိုမီတာ အမြန်နှုန်းဖြင့် ဘူတာမှထွက်ခွာကာ ရထားလမ်းများအား စကင်န်ဖတ် စစ်ဆေးပေးမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
“မြန်နှုန်းမြင့် ရထားပြေးဆွဲနေချိန်မှာ အချိန်နဲ့အမျှ ပျက်စီးမှုတွေ အမျိုးမျိုးဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရဲ့တာ၀န်ကတော့ ရထားလမ်းချို့ယွင်းချက်ရှာဖွေရေးယာဉ်ရဲ့ စစ်ဆေးရေးကိရိယာ ultrasonic နည်းပညာကိုအသုံပြုပြီး ပျက်စီးမှုတွေကို ဖော်ထုတ်ဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးရုံမှာ အက်ထရာဆောင်း ရိုက်သလိုပေါ့ ရထားလမ်းရဲ့ ပျက်စီးမှုတွေကို စစ်ဆေးဖို့နဲ့ လုံခြုံမှုပိုမိုရှိစေဖို့ စကင်န်ဖတ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။” အပူချိန် ဒီဂရီစင်တီဂရိတ် ပြောင်းလဲ မှုတိုင်းတွင် တစ်မီတာရှည်သော သံမဏိရထားလမ်းသည် ၀.၀၁၁၈ မီလီမီတာ အပြောင်းအလဲရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
“ ရထားပြေးဆွဲနေတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ရထားလမ်း အသေးအဖွဲပြောင်းလဲမှုဟာ ကြီးမားတဲ့ အက်ကြောင်းတွေ ကို ဖြစ်စေနိုင်လို့ တာ၀န်ခံ အနေနဲ့ ကွန်ပျူတာ ရဲ့မောနီတာကို သေချာကြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ပြစ်ချက် ရှာတွေ့တဲ့ အချိန်တိုင်းမှာ တာ၀န်ခံအနေနဲ့ ချက်ချင်း သတင်းပို့ရပါတယ် “
အဆိုပါရထားလမ်းအခြအနေ စစ်ဆေးမှုသည် နေ့စဉ် နံနက် ၀၄.၄၀ တွင် ပုံမှန်ပြီးစီးလေ့ရှိသည်။ ထို့နောက် တာ၀န်ခံ အနေဖြင့် ရထားလမ်များ၏ အခြေအနေကောင်းမွန်ရန်အတွက် အချက်အလက်တွေကို ပြန်လည် စိစစ်ရသည်။ နွေဦးပွဲတော် ခရီးသွားရာသီအတွင်း “ရထားလမ်းဆရာဝန်” ၏တာ၀န်များမှာ များပြားလာခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ နွေဦးပွဲတော်၊ တရုတ်နှစ်သစ်ကူးပွဲတော်သည် ယခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁ ရက် တွင်ကျရောက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

GLOBALink | “Rail Doctor” helps China’s high-speed railway run normally during holiday travel season

Shenyang, Jan.25 (Xinhua)– To ensure safe operation during the spring festival travel season in the frigid zone of northeast China, engineers from the Shenyang Railway Bureau use the rail flaw detection car, dubbed ‘Rail Doctor’, to check rail’s situation. After all trains back to the garage, the ‘rail doctor’ will set off at 24:00 and begin to scan the rails at a speed of 60 km per hour.

“During the operation of a high-speed train, various damages will occur over time. Our job is to use the ultrasonic testing equipment of the rail flaw detection car to identify these damages. Just like the B-ultrasound examination in hospital,the scanning of the rail is carried out to check the damages and ensure the safety.”

For every degree Celsius change in temperature, a one-meter long steel rail will change by 0.0118 mm. The operator stares at the screen as the slight change may cause severe cracks of the rail when the train is runn.ing on the railway. Whenever a fault is detected, the operator will send the feedback immediately. The inspection work usually finishes at 04:40 am. After that , operators have to analyze the data to ensure the rail lines are in good condition. During the spring Festival travel season, tasks of the ‘rail doctors’ have surged. Spring Festival, or Chinese Lunar New Year, falls on Feb.1 this year.
