လန်ချန်း-မဲခေါင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု (LMC) က မဲခေါင်ဒေသခွဲရှိ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုယန္တရားများအားလုံး၏ ဖန်တီးမှုနှင့် တက်ကြွမှုအရှိဆုံးဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား အစိုးရ၏ အကြီးတန်းအကြံပေး ဆော့ခ် ဆစ်ဖန်နာက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။LMC အထူးရန်ပုံငွေမှ ပံ့ပိုးမှုဖြင့် ပြုလုပ်သော “သတင်းသမားများအတွက် သတင်းမှားများ တိုက်ဖျက်ခြင်း” ဟူသော အလုပ်ရုံဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၌ မဲခေါင်ဒေသခွဲသည် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့များစွာအတွက် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် အရေးပါကြောင်း ဆစ်ဖန်နာက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“ဒီယန္တရားတွေအားလုံးကြားမှာ လန်ချန်း-မဲခေါင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုက ဖန်တီးမှုနဲ့ တက်ကြွမှုအရှိဆုံးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ မဲခေါင်ဒေသနိုင်ငံများအနေနဲ့လည်း သက်ဆိုင်ရာပြည်သူတွေအတွက် လက်တွေ့ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးတွေကို ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးလျက်ရှိပါတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။

“LMC က ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်မှာ စတင်တည်ထောင်ချိန်ကတည်းက ထူးခြားတဲ့ဒေသတွင်းမူဘောင်တွေထဲက တစ်ခုဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကွာဟချက်တွေကို ကျဉ်းမြောင်းစေတယ်။ ပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ သာယာဝပြောမှုကို တိုးတက်စေပြီး ငြိမ်းချမ်းပြီး ကြွယ်ဝချမ်းသာတဲ့ အေးအတူပူအမျှ အသိုက်အဝန်းတစ်ခုကို တည်ဆောက်ပေးပါတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောခဲ့သည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် တရုတ်၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ လာအို၊ မြန်မာ၊ ဗီယက်နမ်နှင့် ထိုင်း စသည့် လန်ချန်း-မဲခေါင်ဒေသ ၆ နိုင်ငံအတွက် အသေးစားနှင့် အလတ်စား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု စီမံကိန်းများ ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်က LMC အထူးရန်ပုံငွေကို အဆိုပြုခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Lancang-Mekong Cooperation remains most pro-active, dynamic mechanism: Cambodian gov’t senior official
SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia, June 22 (Xinhua) — The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) has become the “most pro-active and dynamic” of all cooperation mechanisms in the Mekong sub-region, Sok Siphana, a senior advisor to the Cambodian government, said here on Thursday.
Speaking at a workshop on “combating fake news for journalists” funded by the LMC Special Fund, Siphana said the Mekong sub-region is of strategic importance to many development partners.
“But among all these mechanisms, the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation has proven to be the most pro-active and dynamic and I am certain that the Mekong countries have drawn many practical benefits to their respective people,” he said.
“Since its establishment way back in 2016, the LMC has evolved to become one of the unique sub-regional frameworks, which has made an impact in narrowing the development gap, improving people’s well-being, and building a community with a shared future of peace and prosperity,” he added.
China initiated the LMC Special Fund in 2016 with the aim of supporting small and medium-sized cooperation projects put forward by six LMC countries, namely China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand.
