ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ဗိုလိုဒီမာ ဇယ်လန်းစကီးသည် စက်တင်ဘာလအတွင်း ကုလသမဂ္ဂရုံးချုပ်သို့ လာရောက်မည်ဟု ခန့်မှန်းထားကြောင်း ယခုလအတွက် လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ၊ အယ်လ်ဘေးနီးယားနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ သံအမတ်ကြီး Ferit Hoxha က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ဇယ်လန်းစကီးအနေဖြင့် စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၀ ရက်တွင် ကျင်းပရန်စီစဉ်ထားသော ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီအစည်းအဝေးသို့ လူကိုယ်တိုင် တက်ရောက်မည်ဟု ထင်မြင်ကြောင်း Hoxha က စက်တင်ဘာ ၁ ရက် သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲ၌ ပြောခဲ့သည်။

“သူ့အနေနဲ့ နယူးယောက်ကို ပထမဆုံးလာရောက်မှာဖြစ်သလို ကုလသမဂ္ဂကို ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်နဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီကိုလည်း ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ် တက်ရောက်မှာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု သံအမတ်က ဆိုသည်။
ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ အစည်းအဝေးသည် အယ်လ်ဘေးနီးယားနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ယူထားသည့် ကာလအတွင်း စီစဉ်ထားသော အရေးကြီး အစည်းအဝေးနှစ်ခုအနက် တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ နောက်ထပ် အရေးကြီးသော အစည်းအဝေးတစ်ခုမှာမူ စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၄ ရက်တွင် ပြုလုပ်မည့် လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုဆိုင်ရာ ပုဂ္ဂလိက-အစိုးရ မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံမှုဆိုင်ရာ တံခါးဖွင့်အစည်းအဝေး ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Ukrainian president expected to show up at UN in September: Security Council president
UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to come to the United Nations headquarters in September, said Ferit Hoxha, Albania’s UN ambassador, whose country holds the Security Council presidency for the month.
At a press briefing on Friday, Hoxha said he thinks Zelensky will attend in person a Security Council meeting on Ukraine scheduled on Sept. 20.
“It will be the first time that he comes to New York. It will be the first time that he comes to the UN and it will be the first time that he comes to the Security Council,” added the ambassador.
The meeting on Ukraine is one of the two signature events that Albania plans to organize during its presidency. Another one is an open debate on the private-public partnership on humanitarian aid, to be held on Sept. 14.
The Security Council has 15 members and its primary responsibility is the maintenance of international peace and security. The presidency of the council is held by each member state for
