တရုတ်ထိုင်ဝမ်ဒေသ သို့ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံမှ လက်နက်များရောင်းချမှုအပေါ် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ပြတ်ပြတ်သားသားကန့်ကွက်ပြီး ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် ရှုတ်ချပါကြောင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောခွင့်ရပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ကျောက်လီကျန်းက ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၈ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု အနေဖြင့် ထိုင်ဝမ်ဒေသသို့ အမေရိကန် ဒေါ်လာ သန်း ၁၀၀တန်ဖိုးရှိ လက်နက်များရောင်းချမည့်အစီအစဉ်အပေါ် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ပြတ်ပြတ်သားသားကန့်ကွက်ပြီး ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန် ရှုတ်ချကြောင်း နှင့် ယင်းအစီအစဉ် အား မဆိုင်းမတွ ပယ်ဖျက်ရန် တောင်းဆိုကြောင်း နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောခွင့်ရသူက ဆိုသည်။

ပြောခွင့်ရပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ကျောက်လီကျန်းက အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုမှ တရုတ်ထိုင်ဝမ်ဒေသသို့ လက်နက်များရောင်းချခြင်းသည် တရုတ်တစ်နိုင်ငံထဲ မူဝါဒ (one-China principle ) နှင့် ၃ကြိမ်မြောက် တရုတ်အမေရိကန်တို့ ပူးတွဲ ချုပ်ဆိုထားတဲ့သဘောတူညီချက်များ အထူးသဖြင့် ဩဂုတ်လ ၁၇ ရက် သဘောတူညီချက် ကို ပြင်းထန်စွာ ဖောက်ဖျက်ရာရောက်ကြောင်း ဆိုသည်။

“အဲဒီလို အပြုအမူတွေဟာ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာ နဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးအကျိုးစီးပွားကို ပြင်းထန်စွာထိပါးတာ ဖြစ်ပြီး တရုတ်-အမေရိကန်ဆက်ဆံရေးကို ဆိုးဝါးစွာထိခိုက်စေတဲ့အပြင် ထိုင်ဝမ်ရေလက်ကြား ရဲ့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့တည်ငြိမ်ရေးကိုပါထိခိုက်စေပါတယ်Ó ဟု ကျောက်ကဆိုသည်။

China urges U.S. to halt arms sale to Taiwan: spokesperson

BEIJING, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) — China firmly opposes and strongly condemns the United States’ plan for the sale of arms worth 100 million U.S. dollars to Taiwan and urges its immediate cancellation, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Tuesday.

Spokesperson Zhao Lijian said that the sale of weapons to the Taiwan region of China by the United States severely violates the one-China principle and the three China-U.S. joint communiques, especially the August 17 Communique.

“Such acts seriously undermine China’s sovereignty and security interests and gravely harm China-U.S. relations as well as peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait,” said Zhao.

China urges the United States to stay committed to the one-China principle and the three China-U.S. joint communiques, immediately cancel its arms-sale plan, and stop military ties with the Taiwan region, said the spokesperson.
China will take legitimate and forceful measures to staunchly defend its sovereignty and security interests, he said. ■
