တောင်အာဖရိကနိုင်ငံ၌ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက တည်ဆောက်ထားသော ဆိုလာစက်ရုံက ဒေသခံများအတွက် အကျိုးဖြစ်ထွန်း

POWERCHINA ၏ ကုမ္ပဏီခွဲ SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation က တည်ဆောက်‌လျက် ရှိသည့် ၁၀၀ မဂ္ဂါဝပ် ထုတ်လုပ်နိုင်သော Redstone ဆိုလာအပူစွမ်းအင်စက်ရုံ (CSP) စီမံကိန်းက အာဖရိက ဆာဟာရဒေသခွဲတွင် ပထမဆုံး CSP စီမံကိန်း ဖြစ်ရုံသာမက တောင်အာဖရိကနိုင်ငံရှိ အကြီးမားဆုံး ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲစွမ်းအင် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုစီမံကိန်းများအနက် တစ်ခုလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ယင်းစီမံကိန်း အပြည့်အဝလည်ပတ်ပါက ပင်မလျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားပေးစက်ရုံများနှင့် ဆက်ထားသော ဓာတ်အားလိုင်း ကွန်ရက်အတွက် နှစ်စဉ် လျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အား ၄၈၀ GWh ခန့် ထုတ်လုပ်ပေးနိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်မှန်းထားကြောင်း သိရသည်။အဆိုပါစီမံကိန်းက နိုင်ငံ၏ စွမ်းအင်လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးနိုင်သည့်အပြင် တောင်အာဖရိကနိုင်ငံရှိ ဒေသခံများအား အကျိုးပြုစေမည့် အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍကလည်း ပါဝင်မည် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

“Redstone စီမံကိန်းနဲ့ ပတ်သက်ပြီး ကျွန်တော်ရဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုနဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရည်အရ ပြောရရင် အရင်က မရှိခဲ့ဘူးတဲ့ ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲ စွမ်းအင်ကဏ္ဍမှာ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေ အများကြီး ယူဆောင်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်”ဟု စီမံကိန်း၌ အရည်အသွေးစစ်ဆေးရေးမှူး BRYCE MULLER က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“ဒီစီမံကိန်းက ကျွန်မ ကျွမ်းကျင်တဲ့ သက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းလုပ်ငန်းအတွက် အများကြီး လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါက Redstone မှာ ဘဝကို ပြောင်းလဲသွားစေတဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အလုပ်အကိုင်၊ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးနဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်းခေါ်ယူမှုတွေမှာ ကျွန်မရဲ့ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကို ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးခွင့်ရခဲ့ပါတယ်”ဟု စီမံကိန်း၌ ဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ SIMONE XENGANA က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“စီမံကိန်း စတင်တည်းက ပြည်သူတွေကို အပြောင်းအလဲတွေ အများကြီး ယူဆောင်လာပေးတယ်။ ဘာလို့လဲဆိုတော့ သူတို့က ဒီစီမံကိန်းမှာ မပါဝင်ရဘူးဆိုရင် ဒေသခံလူထုအတွက် ဘာမှဖြစ်လာမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမဲ့ အခုအခါမှာတော့ သူတို့ရဲ့ မိသားစုတွေကို ကျွေးမွေးနိုင်တယ်။ စီမံကိန်းက ကျွန်မတို့ရဲ့ဘဝကို ပြောင်းလဲစေခဲ့တယ်”ဟု စီမံကိန်းဝန်ထမ်း GLORIA KGORONYANE က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ (Xinhua)

Chinese-built solar plant benefits locals in South Africa
The 100 MW Redstone Concentrated Solar Thermal Power (CSP) Project being built by SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation, a subsidiary of POWERCHINA is not only the first CSP project in sub-Saharan Africa but also one of the largest renewable energy investment projects in South Africa.
Once it’s fully operational, it is projected to generate approximately 480 GWh of electricity annually for the national grid.
The project will not only address the country’s power deficit but also play a crucial role in benefitting locals in South Africa.
