ရုရှားနိုင်ငံသည် ထိုင်ဝမ်ကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ ခွဲထွက်၍မရသော အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုပြီး “ထိုင်ဝမ်ခွဲထွက်ရေး” ၏ မည်သည့်ပုံစံကိုမဆို ဆန့်ကျင်ကြောင်း ရုရှားနိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၃၀ ရက်၌ ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။
အချို့နိုင်ငံများက တရုတ်တစ်နိုင်ငံတည်းမူဝါဒကို လိုက်နာကြောင်း ပြောဆိုနေသော်လည်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အမျိုးသားပြန်လည်ပေါင်းစည်းရေးမူဝါဒနှင့် ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက်ဖြစ်သည့် ရှိရင်းစွဲအခြေအနေကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန် ထောက်ခံကြကြောင်း ဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ဆင်ဟွာသတင်းဌာနသို့ ပေးပို့သော ကြေညာချက်၌ ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

လက်ရှိတွင် အချို့နိုင်ငံများက ထိုင်ဝမ်အရေးကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအား စစ်ရေးနှင့် မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ထိန်းချုပ်ရေးကိရိယာတစ်ခုအဖြစ် အသုံးပြုနေကြောင်း ဝန်ကြီးဌာနက ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။

Russia reaffirms opposition to any form of “Taiwan independence”
MOSCOW, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) — Russia recognizes Taiwan as an inalienable part of China and opposes any form of “Taiwan independence,” the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Tuesday.
Some countries, while claiming their adherence to the one-China principle, advocate maintaining the status quo, which runs counter to the principle of China’s national reunification, the ministry said in a statement sent to Xinhua.
The Taiwan question is currently being used by certain countries as an instrument of military and strategic containment against China, the ministry said.
Russia’s principled position on the Taiwan question is well known, unchanged, and has been repeatedly reaffirmed at the highest level, it said, adding that the Taiwan question is China’s internal affair and China has every legitimate basis to defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity. ■
