STORYLINE:
As the wheat ripens in central China’s Henan, ancient Song Dynasty tombs in Gongyi bear witness to another harvest.
Stone statues, golden fields, and high-speed trains appear in one frame. To protect these millennium-old relics, machines harvest only the outer fields while workers hand cut wheat near the stone figures.
