ဆောင်းရာသီကာလ အပူချိန်နိမ့်အခြေအနေ၌ ပြေးဆွဲနေသော ကမ္ဘာ့ ပထမဆုံး မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်း ဖြစ်သည့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ ဟာအယ်ပင်း-တာ့လျန် မြန်နှုန်းမြင့် ရထားသည် ပြီးခဲ့သည့် ၁၀ နှစ်ကြာကာလတွင် ခရီးသည်များ၏ ခရီးစဉ် သန်းပေါင်း ၆၇၀ ပြေးဆွဲခဲ့ ပြီး ဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

၉၂၁ ကီလိုမီတာ အရှည်ရှိပြီး တစ်နာရီလျှင် ကီလိုမီတာ ၃၀၀ နှုန်း ပြေးဆွဲနိုင်အောင် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲထားသော အဆိုပါရထားလမ်းသည် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အရှေ့မြောက်ပိုင်း ပြည်နယ် ၃ ခုကို ဖြတ်သန်းသွားသည်။

ရထားခရီးစဉ် ဖြတ်သန်းသွားသော နေရာသည် ဆောင်းရာသီကာလတွင် အပူချိန် အနုတ် ၄၀ ဒီဂရီစင်တီဂရိတ်အထိ ကျဆင်းသော နေရာဖြစ်သည်။

“ရထားလမ်းခွဲနဲ့သံလမ်းပေါ်မှာ လျှပ်စစ်အပူပေးနှင့်နှင်းပျော်စေမယ့် စက်ပစ္စည်းတွေ တပ်ဆင်ထားပါတယ်။ နှင်းကျပြီဆိုတာနဲ့ ဒါတွေက စပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။ ဆီးနှင်းတွေများလာရင် စိတ်ချရအောင် ရထားပုံမှန်လည်ပတ်နိုင်အောင် ကျွန်တော်တို့က လျှပ်စစ်အပူပေးမှုရော လူလုပ်အားနဲ့ နှင်းရှင်းလင်းမှုကိုရော နှစ်မျိုးလုံးလုပ်ပါတယ်။ ” ဟု ဟာအယ်ပင်း-တာ့လျန် မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်း ချန်ချွန်းအပိုင်း ရထားဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်သည့် ဝမ်ဟုန်ထောင်းက ဆိုသည်။

ဟာအယ်ပင်း-တာ့လျန် မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်း စိန်ရန်အပိုင်း ရထားဝန်ထမ်းတစ်ဦး ဖြစ်သည့် ထန်ယွင်ဖုန်က “လက်ရှိ ဟာအယ်ပင်း-တာ့လျန် မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်းမှာ အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံ၊ ရွှေ့လျားစက်ပစ္စည်း၊ ဘက်စုံ စစ်ဆေးမှု၊ ဘေးအန္တရာယ် ကြိုတင်ကာကွယ်ရေးနဲ့လျှော့ချရေး၊ အရေးပေါ်ကယ်ဆယ်ရေး စတဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု စနစ်ပုံစံကျပြီး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါက အအေးပိုင်းဒေသ လုံခြုံစိတ်ချမှု အာမခံစနစ် တည်ဆောက်ထားတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါတွေက အပူချိန်နိမ့်ဒေသ မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်း ကမ္ဘာ့နည်းပညာ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းလိုက်တာဖြစ်သလို ဟာအယ်ပင်း-တာ့လျန် မြန်နှုန်းမြင့်ရထားလမ်းရဲ့ လုံခြုံထိရောက်စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် အာမခံချက်လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

GLOBALink | 670 mln passengers trips handled by world’s 1st high-speed railway in cold region

China’s Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway, the world’s first high-speed rail line operating at low temperatures in winter, has handled 670 million passenger trips since it was launched 10 years ago.

The 921-km-long railway runs through three provinces in northeast China with a designed speed of 300 km per hour.
It travels through areas where the temperature drops to as low as minus 40 degrees Celsius in winter.

The Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway is equipped with electric heating and snow melting devices on switches and tracks.
They will start to work once it snows.If there is a lot of snow, we will also adopt the “double insurance” of electric heating and manual snow removal to ensure the normal running of trains.
