မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ၏ ၁၅ ကြိမ်မြောက် အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲ(GE15)အတွက် အထူးသဖြင့် လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်များ နှင့် ၎င်းတို့၏ အိမ်ထောင်ဖက်များသည် နိုင်ငံသားတာဝန်များ ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် ကြိုတင်မဲပေးခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အား နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၅ ရက်တွင် နိုင်ငံအနှံ့ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သည်။

မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ၏ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်(EC) အတွင်းရေးမှူး Ikmalrudin Ishak က ကြိုတင်မဲပေးသူ စုစုပေါင်း၏ ၉၄.၇၂ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း သို့မဟုတ် ၂၁၂,၉၆၁ ဦးသည် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် ကြိုတင်ဆန္ဒမဲပေးခဲ့ကြကြောင်း နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၅ ရက် ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ဆန္ဒမဲပေးသည့်နေ့အား နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၉ ရက်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားပြီး ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းများက ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် မဲဆန္ဒနယ် ၂၂၂ နေရာအတွက် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ကြမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Ismail Sabri Yaakob သည် ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ်မှစတင်ကာ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှစ်ဦး ခန့်အပ်ခဲ့သည့် နိုင်ငံရေးမသေချာမှုအား အဆုံးသတ်ရန် လိုအပ်ကြောင်းပြောကြားလျက် စီစဉ်ထားသည့် အချိန်ထက် စော၍ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေးအတွက် အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၀ ရက်တွင် လွှတ်တော်အား ဖျက်သိမ်းခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Malaysia’s general election: over 200,000 early voters cast ballots
The early voting process for Malaysia’s 15th General Election (GE15) took place on Nov. 15 nationwide, specifically for security forces personnel and their spouses to perform their civic duty.
In a statement on Tuesday, Malaysia’s Election Commission (EC) secretary Ikmalrudin Ishak said 94.72 percent of total registered early voters, or 212,961 individuals, have casted their ballots as early voters in the GE15.
The polling day has been set for Nov. 19, and the general election will see candidates vying for 222 parliamentary seats.
Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob dissolved parliament on Oct. 10, paving the way for a snap election, citing the need to end the political uncertainty which has seen two prime ministers appointed since 2020.
