Doctor carries patient in heavy snow on stretcher in SW China
A Doctor carried a patient with sudden diseases by using a sliding stretcher on a snowy slope, transfered him to the ambulance and rescued him in time on Tuesday, southwest China.

The Heyu township hospital received a emergency call from the patient stroke by sudden diseases in a village in Chengkou county of southwest China’s Chongqing Municipality.

The village lies in the middle of mountains where the slope is covered with heavy snow and too slippery for ambulance to pick the patient.

The medical staff came up with the idea to slowly transfer the patient by sliding the stretcher.They had to walk for nearly a kilometer with the patient to get him to the ambulance.

After arriving at the hospital, the patient was treated successfully.
