ရုရှား-ယူကရိန်း အကြပ်အတည်းဖြစ်ပွားစဉ်ကတည်းက ခန့်မှန်းခြေအားဖြင့် ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံသား ၃ သန်းကျော် သည် အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံများသို့ တိမ်းရှောင်ကာ လုံခြုံရေး၊ အကာအကွယ်နှင့်အကူအညီများရှာဖွေခဲ့ကြရ ကြောင်းသိရသည်။ထိုသို့ စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ကြသူများထဲတွင် ၂ သန်းနီးပါးသည် ပိုလန်နိုင်ငံသို့ နယ်စပ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ဖြတ်ကျော်ဝင်ရောက်ကြခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

ရထားဘူတာ၌ အမိုးအကာများ တည်ဆောက်ထားပြီး စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းများက စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများအတွက် အစားအသောက်များနှင့်ရေများကို ဝေငှပေးနေခဲ့ကြသည်။

ပဋိပက္ခစတင်ဖြစ်ပွားကတည်းက နယ်စပ်စစ်ဆေးရေးဂိတ်အမျိုးမျိုးမှ တစ်ဆင့် ရိုမေးနီးယားနိုင်ငံသို့ ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံသား ၅ သိန်းနီးပါးဝင်ရောက်လာခဲ့သည်။

နယ်စပ်တွင် ရိုမေးနီးယား စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းများက ယူကရိန်း အိမ်နီးချင်းများကိုကြိုဆိုခဲ့ပြီး လက်ဖက်ရည်ပူပူ၊ ကော်ဖီနှင့် စားစရာများကို ဝေငှပေးသည့်အပြင် သွားလာနေထိုင်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ လမ်းညွှန်မှုများနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခဲ့ကြသည်။

ဟန်ဂေရီနိုင်ငံသည်လည်း ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင်လာသော ယူကရိန်းနိုင်ငံသား အများအပြားကို လက်ခံထားရှိသည့်နိုင်ငံများအနက် တစ်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်သည်။ဒေသတွင်းရထားဘူတာရုံတွင် သောင်တင်နေသည့်လူအုပ်စုအား နိုင်ငံတကာကြက်ခြေနီအဖွဲ့များကဲ့သို့ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှု အဖွဲ့အစည်းများက အစားအသောက်များ၊ အပူအအေးများနှင့် စောင်များကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခဲ့သည်။

ပဋိပက္ခကြောင့် စစ်ဘေးရှောင်သူအရေအတွက်များ ဆက်လက်မြင့်တက်လာလျက်ရှိပြီး ယူကရိန်းနှင့် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နိုင်ငံများအတွက် ကြီးမားသည့်အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုများဖြစ်စေခဲ့သည်။

ကုလသမဂ္ဂက ယူကရိန်း စစ်ဘေးရှောင်ပြည်သူများနှင့် ၎င်းတို့အား လက်ခံကြိုဆိုသည့် အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံများအား အထောက်အပံ့ပေးရန် နှင့် ယူကရိန်း အတွက် အရေးပေါ် အကူအညီ ပေးအပ်နိုင်ရန် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၁.၇ ဘီလီယံကို အရေးပေါ်ရန်ပုံငွေအဖြစ် ကြေညာခဲ့သည်။

GLOBALink | Over 3 mln Ukrainians flee their country amid Russia-Ukraine crisis

Since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, over three million Ukrainians are estimated to have fled to neighboring countries, seeking safety, protection and assistance.
Nearly two million of them are crossing the border to Poland.

“We’re now at the central railway station of Warsaw, the capital city of Poland. Since the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine broke out some three weeks ago, more than three million Ukrainian people have fled their country. And most of them have come to Poland.”
Shelters have been set up at the railway station, where volunteers are handing out water and food to the displaced people.
Nearly 500,000 Ukrainians have entered Romania from different border checkpoints since the outbreak of the conflict.
Romanian volunteers greeted their Ukrainian neighbors on the border, offering them hot tea, coffee and food, providing them with guidance and services such as transport and accommodation.

“Now we guide people who come, according to the final destinations where they will go. Most of them just transit here and will go to western European countries. We try to help them with buses and accommodation until they leave.”
Hungary is also one of the countries that has received the largest number of Ukrainians fleeing their country.
At the local railway station, humanitarian organizations, such as the International Red Cross, have set up tents to provide food, hot or cold beverages, and blankets to the stranded crowds.

The number of displaced persons caused by the conflict is still on the rise, bringing a huge impact on Ukraine and the surrounding countries.
The UN has launched a $1.7 billion appeal to provide urgently-needed assistance in Ukraine and to support the displaced people and neighboring countries hosting them.
