တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံမှ သွင်းကုန်များဆိုင်ရာ ဒေသတွင်းဘက်စုံစီးပွားရေးမိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံမှု (RCEP) သဘောတူညီချက်အရ ၎င်းတို့ကတိပြုထားသော စည်းကြပ်ခွန်နှုန်းထားများကို ယခုနှစ် ဇွန် ၂ ရက်၌ စတင် ကျင့်သုံးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံတော်ကောင်စီ အကောက်ခွန်စည်းကြပ်ရေးကော်မရှင်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

နောက်ဆက်တွဲနှစ်များအတွက် နှစ်ပတ်လည်နှုန်းထားများကို နှစ်စဉ် ဇန်နဝါရီလတိုင်း၌ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
ယခုနှစ် ဇွန် ၂ ရက်၌ ဆောင်ရွက်မည့် အဆိုပါ အပြောင်းအလဲသည် RCEP သဘောတူညီချက်ဖြစ်ပြီး အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံ ၁၅ နိုင်ငံလုံးအတွက် အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

RCEP သဘောတူညီချက်ကို ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၅ ရက်၌ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသရှိ နိုင်ငံ ၁၅ နိုင်ငံဖြစ်သော အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင် ၁၀ နိုင်ငံ၊ တရုတ်၊ ဂျပန်၊ တောင်ကိုရီးယား၊ ဩစတြေးလျနှင့် နယူးဇီလန် စသည့်နိုင်ငံများက ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်မှစတင်၍ ၈ နှစ်ကြာ ညှိနှိုင်းဆွေးနွေးမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ (Xinhua)

China, Philippines to implement RCEP tariffs
BEIJING, May 15 (Xinhua) — China will adopt the tariff rates it pledged under the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement on certain imports from the Philippines on June 2 this year, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council has said.
The annual rates for subsequent years will be implemented on Jan. 1 each year.
The move means that by June 2 this year, the RCEP agreement will be in effect for all 15 members.
The RCEP agreement was signed on Nov. 15, 2020, by 15 countries in the Asia-Pacific region — 10 members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and New Zealand — after eight years of negotiations, which started in 2012.
