GLOBALink | 12,000 workers upgrade 405km-long railway in 11 hours
The upgrading works of a major railway line, undertaken by over 12,000 workers, were completed on Thursday after 11 hours of continuous operation in northeast China’s Liaoning Province.

The Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Railway, a section of the Beijing-Harbin railway line, is 405 kilometers long and seen as an artery connecting north and northeast China.

The renovation is expected to boost transportation capacities in northeast China.
