နီပေါနိုင်ငံ Pokhara နိုင်ငံတကာလေဆိပ် စတင်အသုံးပြု

နီပေါနိုင်ငံရှိ တတိယမြောက်နိုင်ငံတကာလေဆိပ်ဖြစ်သော Pokhara မြို့ရှိ လေဆိပ်အသစ်ကို ဇန်နဝါရီ ၁ ရက်က စတင်အသုံးပြုနေပြီဖြစ်သည်။ ယင်းလေဆိပ်ကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ICAO စံချိန်စံနှုန်းများဖြင့် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲကာ တည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး ၎င်းလေဆိပ်က နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဒေသတွင်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။Buddha Air လေကြောင်းလိုင်းသည် Prachanda ဟုလည်း ခေါ်ဆိုကြသော ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်ကို သယ်ဆောင်လျက် လေဆိပ်သစ်၌ ဆင်းသက်ခြင်းမပြုမီ ရေအမြောက်ပက်ဖျန်းကာ ဂုဏ်ပြုခြင်းခံခဲ့သည်။

“ဒီလေဆိပ်နဲ့အတူ Pokhara မြို့ဟာ နိုင်ငံများစွာရဲ့ ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှုစင်တာဖြစ်လာပါပြီ။ ဒီလေဆိပ်အားဖြင့် တည်ဆောက်ထားတဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့် ကွန်ရက်ချိတ်ဆက်မှုကြောင့် ဘယ်သူကမှ ခရိုင်၊ မြို့တော်နယ်နိမိတ်အတွင်းမြို့နဲ့ နိုင်ငံတစ်ခုလုံးရဲ့ စီးပွားရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအတွက် Pokhara နိုင်ငံတကာလေဆိပ်ရဲ့ ပံ့ပိုးမှုကို အနှောင့်အယှက်ပေးမှာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး” ဟု နီပေါနိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် Pushpa Kamal Dahal က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Pokhara မြို့သည် နီပေါနိုင်ငံ အလယ်ပိုင်းရှိ နာမည်ကျော် ခရီးသွားဧည့်သည်များလာရောက်သောနေရာတစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။

4D စံနှုန်းရှိ အဆောက်အအုံဖြစ်သော Pokhara လေဆိပ်ကို China CAMC Engineering ကုမ္ပဏီလီမိတက်၊ Export-Import Bank of China (China EXIM Bank) ထံမှ ချေးငွေဖြင့် တည်ဆောက်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ယင်းကုမ္ပဏီသည် ကမ္ဘာ့ ထိပ်တန်းစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း ၅၀၀ အဆင့်ဝင်သော China National Machinery Industry Corporation နှင့် တိုက်ရိုက်မိတ်ဖက်ဆောင်ရွက်သော ကုမ္ပဏီတစ်ခုလည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ လေဆိပ်တည်ဆောက်မှုကို ၂၀၁၇ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လက စတင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

နီပေါနိုင်ငံရှိ တတိယမြောက် နိုင်ငံတကာလေဆိပ်ဖြစ်သော Pokhara လေဆိပ်အသစ်အား တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသားများနှင့် ICAO စံချိန်စံညွှန်းများဖြင့် ဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲကာ တည်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ယင်းလေဆိပ်သည် ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမ အဆိုပြုချက်အရ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် နီပေါနိုင်ငံတို့၏ သာဓကကောင်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ကြောင်း နီပေါနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ တရုတ်သံရုံး ယာယီတာဝန်ခံ ဝမ်ရှင်းက ပြောခဲ့သည်။

အဆိုပါ လေဆိပ်သည် စီမံကိန်းတည်ဆောက်မှု အရည်အသွေးကို တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ လိုက်နာစောင့်ထိန်းမှုကို ဖော်ပြခြင်းဖြစ်သလို နီပေါနိုင်ငံ၏ ဂုဏ်ကျက်သရေလည်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဝမ်က ဆိုသည်။

လေဆိပ်သစ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်း၊ နီပေါနိုင်ငံနှင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံကြား မကြာသေးမီက နယ်စပ်ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်းနှင့် နယ်စပ်ဖြတ်ကျော် ရထားလမ်း စစ်တမ်းကောက်ယူမှုလုပ်ငန်း စတင်ခြင်းကို ရည်ညွှန်းလျက် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ်က “စီမံကိန်းကြီးတွေကို တရုတ်ရဲ့ ပံ့ပိုးမှုနဲ့ အစပြုနေပါတယ်” ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ (Xinhua)

Nepal’s Pokhara Int’l Airport put into operation

The new airport in Pokhara, the third international airport in Nepal, was put into operation on Sunday. It was designed and built on Chinese and ICAO standards and it will boost national and regional development.
A Buddha Air flight carrying the prime minister, also known as Prachanda, was saluted with water cannon when it landed at the new airport.

“With this airport, Pokhara has become the center ofconnectivity with many countries. Nobody will dispute the contribution of Pokhara International Airport to the economic development of the district, the metropolitan city and the whole nation, because of the enhanced connectivity established by this airport.”

Pokhara is a popular tourist destination in central Nepal.
The Pokhara airport, a 4D-standard facility, was contracted with a loan from the Export-Import Bank of China (China EXIM Bank) by China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd., a company directly affiliated with China National Machinery Industry Corporation which ranks among the top 500 enterprises in the world. The construction started in July 2017.
The new airport in Pokhara, the third international airport in Nepal, was designed and built on Chinese and ICAO standards, and it is a good example of China and Nepal working together under the Belt and Road Initiative, said Wang Xin, charge d’affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Nepal.

Wang described the project as one that has displayed China’s pursuit of quality in project construction and marked Nepal’s national pride.
Referring to the inauguration of the new airport, the recent border reopening between Nepal and China and the start of the survey work on the cross-border railway, Prachanda said, “Big projects are being initiated with Chinese support.”
