ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံက လွန်ခဲ့သည့်ရက်အနည်းငယ်အတွင်း အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ၌ တာလီဘန်သိမ်းပိုက်လိုက်ပြီး နောက်ဆက်တွဲအဖြစ် အာဖဂန် ခရစ်ကတ်အသင်း၊ နိုင်ငံခြားသားများနှင့် အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံသားများ အပါအဝင် လူဦးရေ ၄,၀၀၀ ကို ပြည်ဝင်ခွင့်များ (visas) ထုတ်ပေးခဲ့ကြောင်း ပါကစ္စတန် ပြည်ထဲရေးဝန်ကြီး Sheikh Rasheed က ဩဂုတ် ၂၃ ရက်၌ မီဒီယာသို့ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

အာဖဂန်လူမျိုးများနှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားသားများ အပါအဝင် လူဦးရေ ၁,၂၇၇ ၏ လျှောက်ထားမှုများအရ ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံသို့ ဝင်ရောက်ရန် လက်ခံထားပြီးဖြစ်သလို ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံမှ ဖြတ်သန်းသွားလာရေးလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အတွက် နိုင်ငံခြားသား ၅၀၀ ဦးလည်း ပါဝင်ကြောင်း Rasheed က သတင်းစာရှင်းလင်းပွဲ၌ ပြောခဲ့သည်။

ပြည်ဝင်ခွင့်ထုတ်ပေးထားသူများအနက် ၈၅၃ ဦးမှာ ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်မြောက် Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ပြည်နယ်ရှိ Torkham နယ်စပ်မှ ဝင်ရောက်လာခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။

Torkham နယ်စပ်မှ ဝင်ရောက်လာသူများတွင် COVID-19 ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားမှုများစွာတွေ့ရှိရကြောင်းနှင့် ၎င်းတို့အား နယ်စပ်ဒေသအနီးရှိ ကွာရန်တင်း (quarantine) နေထိုင်ရန် လွှဲပြောင်းခဲ့ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောခဲ့သည်။

ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အာဖဂန် ဒုက္ခသည် ၃ သန်းခန့် လက်ခံထားပြီးဖြစ်သဖြင့် ဒုက္ခသည်လှိုင်းအသစ်တွင် အရေအတွက်မည်မျှ လက်ခံမည်ဆိုသည်ကို မဆုံးဖြတ်ရသေးကြောင်း ဝန်ကြီးက ပြောခဲ့သည်။ “သို့ရာတွင် ကျွန်တော်တို့ နယ်စပ်တွေကို ရောက်ရှိလာသူတွေ အဆင်ပြေအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနေပါတယ်” ဟု ဆက်ပြောသည်။

Pakistan issues visas to 4,000 people for leaving Afghanistan

ISLAMABAD, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) — Pakistan has issued visas over the last few days to 4,000 people including the Afghan cricket team, foreigners and Afghan nationals in the wake of Taliban’s takeover of Afghanistan, Pakistani Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed told media on Monday.
Applications of a total of 1,277 people including Afghans and foreigners have been accepted to immigrate to Pakistan whereas 500 foreigners are in the process of transit to check out from the country, Rasheed said in a press briefing here.
He said among those who have been issued visas, 853 people entered Pakistan from Torkham border in the country’s northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
He added that several cases of COVID-19 were also found in the people coming from Torkham border, and they have shifted the infected people to quarantine in places near the border area.
Answering a query, the minister said that Pakistan has not decided about hosting a new wave of refugees because it is already hosting about 3 million Afghan refugees in the country. “However, we are facilitating those who are reaching our borders.”
He said that his country is in contact with Afghan Taliban leaders, following the release of members of the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) from Afghan jails, and the Afghan Taliban leaders have assured them that they will not let their soil be used against Pakistan. Enditem
