အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများအသင်း (ASEAN) သည် နိုင်ငံတကာစင်မြင့်ထက်ဝယ် ဒေသတွင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနှင့် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု၏ စံပြအဖြစ် ရပ်တည်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား ဒုတိယဝန်ကြီးချုပ်နှင့် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး Sok Chenda Sophea က ဩဂုတ် ၈ ရက်၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။
“ကျွန်တော်တို့အနေနဲ့ ဘုံစိန်ခေါ်မှုတွေကို ကိုင်တွယ်ရင်း မျှဝေမှုတန်ဖိုးနဲ့ အပြန်အလှန် အကျိုးစီးပွားတွေကို ရပ်တည်ကာကွယ်ပေးတဲ့ အသိုက်အဝန်းတစ်ခု အတူတကွတည်ဆောက်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်” ဟု ၅၇ ကြိမ်မြောက် အာဆီယံနှစ်ပတ်လည် မိန့်ခွန်း၌ Sok Chenda Sophea က ပြောခဲ့သည်။

“ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ အဓိကအင်အားက အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတွေကြား စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်ရေးအတွက် ကတိကဝတ်ပါပဲ။ ဆွေးနွေးမှု၊ သံတမန်ရေးရာနဲ့ အပြန်အလှန်ယုံကြည်မှုတွေကတစ်ဆင့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတွေက တည်ငြိမ်ပြီး သဟဇာတဖြစ်တဲ့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်၊ စီးပွားရေးတိုးတက်မှုနဲ့ လူမှုဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို ဖန်တီးပေးနိုင်ရေးအတွက် လက်ချင်းချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိပါတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။ (Xinhua)

ASEAN stands as model of regional cooperation, solidarity: Cambodian FM
PHNOM PENH, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) — Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sok Chenda Sophea said on Thursday that the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) stands as a model of regional cooperation and solidarity on the international stage.
“Together, we’ve built a thriving community that champions shared values and mutual interests while addressing common challenges,” he said in a message on the 57th ASEAN anniversary.
“One of our key strengths is our commitment to solidarity among members,” he said. “Through dialogue, diplomacy, and mutual respect, ASEAN member states have worked hand-in-hand to create a harmonious environment for stability, economic growth, and social development.”
