အီရန်နိုင်ငံက ထိန်းချုပ်ရလွယ်ကူမှု ပိုမြင့်မားကာ အဖျက်စွမ်းအားပိုပြင်းသော ပြည်တွင်း၌ အဆင့်မြှင့်ထားသည့် M60 တင့်ကားအမျိုးအစားအား စက်တင်ဘာ ၁ ရက်တွင် ထုတ်ဖော်ပြသခဲ့ကြောင်း နိုင်ငံပိုင်သတင်းဌာန IRNA က ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
မြို့တော် တီဟီရန်၌ ကျင်းပသည့် အခမ်းအနားတစ်ခုတွင် အဆိုပါ တင့်ကားအမျိုးအစားကို ထုတ်ဖော်ပြသခဲ့ကာ အီရန်ကြည်းတပ်သို့ လွှဲပြောင်းပေးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အီရန်ကြည်းတပ်က ပိုင်ဆိုင်သည့် တီဟီရန်အခြေစိုက် ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးနှင့် မွမ်းမံပြင်ဆင်ရေးဌာနမှ ပြည်တွင်းကျွမ်းကျင်ပညာရှင်များက ယင်းတင့်ကားအမျိုးအစားအား ထိထိရောက်ရောက် မွမ်းမံကာ အဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ကြောင်းလည်း IRNA က ဖော်ပြခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါ တင့်ကားတွင် လက်နက်ပစ်ခတ်မှု ထိန်းချုပ်စနစ်၊ ပင်မအမြောက်၏ ချိန်ခွက်ဖြင့်ချိန်ရသော စက်သေနတ်နှင့် ကွပ်ကဲသူအတွက် စက်သေနတ် တင်ဆောင်ထားသော နှစ်ဒီဂရီအထိ လိုအပ်သလိုရွေ့လျားနိုင်သော စင်တစ်ခုတို့ကိုလည်း တပ်ဆင်ထားသည်ဟု IRNA ၏ ဖော်ပြချက်အရ သိရသည်။

Iran unveils domestically upgraded M60 tank
TEHRAN, Sept. 1 (Xinhua) — Iran on Sunday unveiled a domestically upgraded version of the M60 tank, which features higher maneuverability and destructive power, the official news agency IRNA reported.
The tank was unveiled and delivered to the Iranian army’s ground force in a ceremony in the capital, Tehran, according to the report.
It added that the tank is optimized and upgraded by domestic experts at a Tehran-based production and renovation center belonging to the army’s ground force.
According to IRNA, the tank is equipped with a weaponry fire control system, a coaxial machine gun, and a two-degree-of-freedom motion platform carrying a commander’s machine gun.
IRNA said it is also armed with a new commander’s turret, reactive armor, infrared jamming, telecommunication and anti-modern warfare systems, smoke grenades, and rear-, front-and side-view cameras, as well as fire alarm and suppression systems.
The semi-official Fars news agency reported that the tank is capable of targeting and hitting targets while moving and is also equipped with night vision cameras. Enditem
