တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရှီကျင့်ဖိန်သည် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ဖာဒီနန် ရာမိုဒက်ဇ် မားကို့စ် ဂျူနီယာနှင့် ဒီဇင်ဘာ ၄ ရက်က ပေကျင်းမြို့ ပြည်သူ့ခန်းမဆောင်တွင် တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးခဲ့သည်။ ထိုသို့ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးရာ၌ သမ္မတရှီကျင့်ဖိန်က တရုတ်-ဖိလစ်ပိုင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဆက်ဆံရေးအား အောက်ပါအတိုင်း မှတ်ချက်ပြုပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ (၁/၃)

၁။ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံတို့သည် ပင်လယ်ဖြတ်ကျော် မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင်လျက်တည်ရှိသော အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံများဖြစ်သည်။ ထောင်စုနှစ်များအတွင်း အပြန်အလှန်ယုံကြည်မှု၊ ကူညီဖေးမမှုသည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ဆက်ဆံရေး၏ ထူးခြားသောလက္ခဏာဖြစ်သလို နှစ်နိုင်ငံပြည်သူများ၏ တန်ဖိုးထားရာအမွေအနှစ်လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။

၂။ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံအား အိမ်နီးချင်း သံတမန်ဆက်ဆံရေး၌ ဦးစားပေးအဖြစ် သဘောထားသလို တရုတ်-ဖိလစ်ပိုင် ဆက်ဆံရေးကို မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ဘက်စုံရှုထောင့်အနေဖြင့် ချဉ်းကပ်လျက်ရှိသည်။

၃။ မိမိအနေဖြင့် သမ္မတ မားကို့စ်နှင့်အတူ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှုများ ပုံမှန် ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားလိုသည်။ နှစ်ဘက်ဆက်ဆံရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုအစီအစဉ်များကို ဘက်စုံရေးဆွဲ၍ အပြန်အလှန်ကူညီဖေးမသော အိမ်နီးချင်းကောင်း၊ ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုကို မျှဝေသော ဆွေမျိုးမိတ်ဆွေကောင်း၊ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဖြင့် ဘုံအကျိုးစီးပွားကိုဖော်ဆောင်သော မိတ်ဖက်ကောင်းအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ကာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ ပြည်သူများ၏အကျိုးစီးပွား၊ ဒေသတည်ငြိမ်အေးချမ်းအတွက် ပိုမို အကျိုးဆောင်သွားလိုသည်။ (Xinhua)
