RCEP အရှိန်အဟုန်ဖြင့် တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ဆက်လက်နက်ရှိုင်းလျက်ရှိ

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ တောင်ပိုင်း ကွမ်ရှီး (ကျွမ့်) ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသ ဖိန်ရှန်း နယ်စပ်မြို့ရှိ ချစ်ကြည်ရေးနယ်စပ်ဂိတ်ဟု လူသိများသော Youyi Pass နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်တွင် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံမှ ထရပ်ကားများက အကောက်ခွန်ရှင်းလင်းရေးလုပ်ငန်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် တန်းစီနေခြင်းကြောင့် ယင်းနယ်စပ်ဂိတ်မှာ ၂၀၂၄ ခုနှစ် နှစ်သစ်အားလပ်ရက်အတွင်း အလုပ်များပြားလျက်ရှိသည်။ အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများအသင်း (ASEAN) နိုင်ငံများမှ ဒူးရင်းသီးများနှင့် မင်းကွတ်သီးများကဲ့သို့ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးထုတ်ကုန် တင်ပို့မှုများသည် ထိုနယ်စပ်ဂိတ်မှတစ်ဆင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံအတွင်းသို့ ဝင်ရောက်လာခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ အလားတူပင် မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင်လမ်းကြောင်းအတွင်းမှာမူ အီလက်ထရောနစ်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ စက်ယန္တရားနှင့် အသုံးအဆောင်ပစ္စည်းများ တင်ဆောင်ထားသည့် ထရပ်ကားများကလည်း ထိုလမ်းကြောင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများသို့ ထွက်ခွာလျက်ရှိသည်။

ဒေသတွင်း ဘက်စုံစီးပွားရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး (RCEP) သဘောတူညီချက်သည် ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ဇန်နဝါရီ ၁ ရက်က အသက်ဝင်လာခဲ့ခြင်းဖြင့် တရုတ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် အာဆီယံကြား စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုမှာလည်း လွန်ခဲ့သောနှစ်နှစ်တာကာလအတွင်း ဆက်လက်နက်ရှိုင်းလာခဲ့ကာ ဒေသတွင်းစီးပွားရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိသည်။

ကမ္ဘာ့အကြီးဆုံး လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်မှု သဘောတူညီချက်ဖြစ်သဖြင့် RCEP တွင် အာဆီယံ ၁၀ နိုင်ငံအပြင် တရုတ်၊ ဂျပန်၊ တောင်ကိုရီးယား၊ ဩစတြေးလျနှင့် နယူးဇီလန် စသည့်နိုင်ငံများ ပါဝင်သည်။ ထို ၁၅ နိုင်ငံ၏ စုစုပေါင်း လူဦးရေ၊ ပြည်တွင်းအသားတင်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုနှင့် ကုန်သွယ်မှုသည် ကမ္ဘာ့စုစုပေါင်း၏ ၃၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းခန့် ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။ တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အထွေထွေအကောက်ခွန်ဦးစီးဌာနအရ အာဆီယံသည် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ပထမလ ၁၁ လအတွင်း တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ၏ အကြီးဆုံး ကုန်သွယ်ဖက်နိုင်ငံအဖြစ် ဆက်လက်ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်ဘက်ကြား စုစုပေါင်း ကုန်သွယ်မှုသည် ယွမ် ၅.၈ ထရီလီယံ (အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၈၁၆.၉ ဘီလီယံခန့်) အထိ ရောက်ရှိလာခဲ့ရာ ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် ကာလတူထက် ၀.၁ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း မြင့်တက်လာခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

ထို့ပြင် ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် ပထမသုံးလပတ်အတွင်း Youyi Pass နယ်စပ်ဂိတ်မှ စိုက်ပျိုးရေးထုတ်ကုန်များ တင်သွင်းမှုအနေဖြင့်လည်း မြင့်တက်လျက်ရှိရာ ယွမ် ၁၉.၆၆ ဘီလီယံရှိခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် အလားတူကာလထက် ၄၁၃.၈ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း တိုးတက်လာခဲ့သည်။ တည်နေရာ၊ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေးမူဝါဒများနှင့် အရင်းအမြစ်များ အားသာမှုများကြောင့် ကွမ်ရှီးပြည်နယ်သည် ပြည်နယ်မြို့တော် နန်နင်းနှင့် ကျုံးကော်မြို့ အပါအဝင် မြို့ ၇ မြို့၌ ရှိနှင့်ပြီးသား ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုဇုန်များ၊ လွတ်လပ်သောကုန်သွယ်မှုဇုန်များနှင့် စက်မှုဥယျာဉ်များအပေါ်အခြေခံ၍ တရုတ်-အာဆီယံ စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုဇုန် တည်ဆောက်ရေး ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။ (Xinhua)

Riding RCEP momentum, China-ASEAN industrial cooperation continues to deepen
NANNING, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) — During the 2024 New Year holiday, a bustling scene unfolded at Youyi Pass, also known as Friendship Pass, situated in the border city of Pingxiang in south China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, as trucks from both China and Vietnam formed queues for customs clearance.
Shipments of agricultural products like durians and mangosteens from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries were streaming into China through the border port. In the opposite direction, trucks laden with electronic components, machinery and equipment were en route to ASEAN countries.
Boosted by the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement that entered into force on Jan. 1, 2022, industrial cooperation between China and ASEAN has continued to deepen over the past two years, contributing to the regional economic development. As the world’s largest free trade agreement, the RCEP includes 10 ASEAN members, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia and New Zealand. The 15 states’ total population, gross domestic product and trade all account for about 30 percent of the world total.
According to China’s General Administration of Customs, ASEAN remained China’s largest trading partner in the first 11 months of 2023, with the total trade between the two sides reaching 5.8 trillion yuan (about 816.9 billion U.S. dollars), up 0.1 percent year on year.
In the first three quarters of 2023, the Youyi Pass has seen a continuous increase in the import of agricultural products, with a value of 19.66 billion yuan, up 413.8 percent year on year.
Leveraging its advantages in location, transportation policies and resources, Guangxi has integrated the construction of the China-ASEAN industrial cooperation zone based on the existing development zones, free trade zones and industrial parks in seven cities, including the regional capital Nanning and the city of Chongzuo.
