Helicopters help speed up power recovery in NE China’s flood-hit areas
Helicopters have been used in power recovery work in flood-hit areas in northeast China’s Hailin City.
Due to the impact of Typhoon Doksuri, power facilities along the Hailang River in Hailin City were seriously damaged. With the help of helicopters, equipment was lifted and transported to sites that were unreachable for ordinary lifting machinery.
