အာဆီယံ-အမေရိကန် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးအား ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းလိုက်ကြောင်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံ ပြောကြား

အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ဂျိုးဘိုင်ဒန် နှင့် အရှေ့တောင်အာရှနိုင်ငံများအသင်း(အာဆီယံ)ခေါင်းဆောင်များအကြား မတ် ၂၈ ရက်နှင့် ၂၉ ရက်တို့တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးအား ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းလိုက်ကြောင်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ Chum Sounry က မတ် ၁၀ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“အာဆီယံ နဲ့ အမေရိကန် နှစ်ဘက်လုံးက အဆိုပြုတဲ့ရက်တွေဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ရဲ့ ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေအတွက် သူတို့ရဲ့ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ များပြားလှတဲ့ အလုပ်တာဝန်တွေကြောင့် အဆင်မပြေဖြစ်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။ အဲဒါကြောင့်ပဲ အာဆီယံ နဲ့ အမေရိကန် နှစ်ဘက်လုံးက ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေးကို ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းဖို့ ဆုံးဖြတ်လိုက်ပြီး နှစ်ဦးနှစ်ဘက် အဆင်ပြေတဲ့ရက်မှာ ဆက်လုပ်သွားပါမယ်။”ဟု ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူက လူမှုကွန်ရက် တယ်လီဂရမ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ထုတ်ပြန်သည့် ကြေညာချက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် အာဆီယံ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌအနေဖြင့် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံသည် ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ အဆိုပြုနေ့ရက်များနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ လိုက်လျောညီထွေမှုရှိအောင် ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း နှင့် ၎င်း၏ ဒေသအတွင်း နှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာ တာဝန်များအား ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးရန် ပြည်တွင်းလုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်အပေါ် အထူးစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ၎င်းက ဆိုသည်။

“ဒါပေမယ့် ခေါင်းဆောင်တွေ အဆင်ပြေပြေနဲ့ တက်ရောက်ဖို့ဖြစ်နိုင်အောင် ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံဟာ အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံတွေနဲ့အတူ အစည်းအဝေးကို ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းဖို့ သဘောတူခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။”ဟု ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူက ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

ကမ္ဘောဒီးယားနိုင်ငံ ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ဆမ်ဒတ် တက်ခ်ဟို ဟွန်ဆန်က အစည်းအဝေးအား သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် အချိန်အတိုင်း ကျင်းပပါက အာဆီယံခေါင်းဆောင် ၃ ဦးထက်မနည်း တက်ရောက်နိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ကြောင်း မတ် ၇ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

လက်ရှိတွင် အာဆီယံ-အမေရိကန် မိတ်ဖက် ဆက်ဆံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးသည့် အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံက ထိပ်သီးအစည်းအဝေး ကျင်းပမည့် ရက်အသစ်အတွက် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။
အာဆီယံအသင်းကြီးတွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများအဖြစ် ဘရူနိုင်း ၊ ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား ၊ အင်ဒိုနီးရှား ၊ လာအို ၊ မလေးရှား ၊ မြန်မာ ၊ ဖိလစ်ပိုင် ၊ စင်ကာပူ ၊ ထိုင်း နှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့ ပါဝင်ကြသည်။ (Xinhua)

Cambodia says ASEAN-U.S. summit postponed
PHNOM PENH, March 10 (Xinhua) — A summit between U.S. President Joe Biden and leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) slated for March 28-29 has been postponed, Cambodian foreign ministry’s spokesman Chum Sounry said on Thursday.
“The proposed dates, both from ASEAN and from the U.S., were not convenient for our leaders due to their respective heavy agenda. For that reason, both sides, ASEAN and the U.S., decided to postpone the summit and continue to work for a mutually convenient date,” he said in a statement via social media Telegram.
He said Cambodia, as the chair of ASEAN for 2022, has been flexible with regards to the proposed dates and has made special arrangements on domestic agenda to fulfill its regional and international duties.
“But for leaders’ convenience and possible attendance, Cambodia has agreed with ASEAN member states to postpone the meeting,” Sounry said.
Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen said on Monday that at least three ASEAN leaders could not attend the meeting if it was held on schedule.
Currently, Indonesia as the country coordinator for ASEAN-U.S. partnership is coordinating for the new date of the summit.
ASEAN groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Enditem
