သီရိလင်္ကာနိုင်ငံ ကိုလံဘို စားသုံးသူဈေးနှုန်းညွှန်းကိန်းတွင် တစ်နှစ်ထက်တစ်နှစ် ပြောင်းလဲမှုဖြင့် တိုင်းတာထားသော ငွေကြေးဖောင်းပွမှုမှာ ဧပြီလ၌ ၂၉.၈ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းအထိ တိုးလာကြောင်း ဗဟိုဘဏ်က ဧပြီ ၂၉ ရက်တွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။

ထိုကဲ့သို့ ငွေကြေးဖောင်းပွမှု တိုးမြင့်လာခြင်းသည် လစဉ် စားသောက်ကုန်နှင့် စားသောက်ကုန်မဟုတ်သော အမျိုးအစားနှစ်ခုလုံး ဈေးနှုန်း မြင့်တက်လာခြင်းကြောင့် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ဗဟိုဘဏ် ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တွင် ပါရှိသည်။

ဧပြီလတွင် စားသောက်ကုန်ငွေကြေးဖောင်းပွမှုသည် ၄၆.၆ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းသို့ ခုန်တက်လာခဲ့ပြီး စားသောက်ကုန်မဟုတ်သောအမျိုးအစားများငွေကြေးဖောင်းပွမှုသည် ၂၂.၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း မြင့်တက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

စားသောက်ကုန်မဟုတ်သော အမျိုးအစားများရှိ ကုန်စည်ဈေးနှုန်းများမှာ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေး၊ ရေ၊ လျှပ်စစ်နှင့် သဘာဝဓာတ်ငွေ့စသည့် ကဏ္ဍများတွင် ဈေးနှုန်းမြင့်တက်မှုကြောင့် အဓိကဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ စားသောက်ကုန်အမျိုးအစားရှိ ကုန်စည်ဈေးနှုန်းများမှာမူ အစားအသောက်ကုန်စည်အမျိုးအစားဖြစ်သော နို့မှုန့်၊ ဆန်၊ ပေါင်မုန့်၊ ပဲ၊ သကြားနှင့် ငါးခြောက်များလည်း ယခုလအတွင်း ဈေးနှုန်းမြင့်တက်ခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Sri Lankan inflation rises 29.8 pct in April
COLOMBO, April 29 (Xinhua) — Sri Lanka’s inflation, measured by a year-on-year change in the Colombo Consumer Price Index, increased by 29.8 percent in April, the country’s central bank said on Friday.
This increase was driven by the monthly increases in both food and non-food categories, according to the central bank.
Food inflation jumped by 46.6 percent in April, while non-food inflation grew by 22.0 percent in April.
Prices of items in the non-food category recorded increases mainly due to price increases observed in sectors such as transport, water, electricity and gas, while prices of items in the food category increased due to hikes in prices of milk powder, rice, bread, dhal, sugar and dried fish during the month.
