ရုရှားနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဇူလိုင် ၈ ရက်နောက်ပိုင်း၌ ဘီလာရုစ်တွင် လက်နက်အမျိုးအစားအချို့ကို ဖြန့်ကျက်ချထားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ရုရှားနိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ဗလာတီမာပူတင်က ဘီလာရုစ်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ Alexander Lukashenko နှင့် ဇွန် ၉ ရက် အစည်းအဝေးတွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။“အရာအားလုံးကို စီစဉ်ထားတဲ့အတိုင်း တည်တည်ငြိမ်ငြိမ်ဆောင်ရွက်နေပါတယ်” ဟု ပူတင်ကပြောသည်။ဘီလာရုစ်နိုင်ငံ၏ တောင်းဆိုချက်အရ ရုရှားအနေဖြင့် မဟာမိတ် နိုင်ငံများ၏ ပိုင်နက်နယ်မြေများတွင် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံလုပ်ဆောင်သည့် နည်းဗျူဟာအတိုင်း ဘီလာရုစ်နိုင်ငံတွင် နျူကလီးယားလက်နက်များ ဖြန့်ကျက်ထားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပူတင်က ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လတွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

Russia to deploy weapons in Belarus: Putin
MOSCOW, June 9 (Xinhua) — Russia will deploy certain types of weapons in Belarus after July 8, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday when meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.
“So everything is going as planned and everything is stable,” Putin said.
In March this year, Putin said that Russia, at the request of Minsk, would deploy its tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, just as the United States had been doing on the territories of its allies.
The construction of a special storage facility for tactical nuclear weapons on Belarusian territory would be completed in July, he said. ■
