China’s hospital ship “Peace Ark” offers medical aid in Tonga
NUKU’ALOFA, Tonga, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) — Staff members from the Chinese Navy hospital ship Peace Ark provide medical services to local people and overseas Chinese during a medical mission in Tonga’s capital Nuku’alofa.
Peace Ark is China’s first hospital ship that has a capacity of over 10,000 tons. The ship arrived in Nuku’alofa on July and has since provided free medical services for members of the public.
