ယင်းနေရာက ရေနံတန်ချိန် ၁၀၂ သန်း ထွက်ရှိနိုင်သည်။ Kaiping South ရေနံမြေက ကွမ်တုန်းပြည်နယ် ဆန်းကျန့်မြို့မှ ကီလိုမီတာ ၃၀၀ ခန့်အကွာ တောင်တရုတ်ပင်လယ်၏ အရှေ့ဘက်ခြမ်းတွင် တည်ရှိကြောင်း သိရသည်။

Major oilfield discovered in South China Sea
China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has uncovered a massive oilfield. It boasts 102 million tonnes of oil equivalent. The Kaiping South oilfield is located in the eastern part of the South China Sea approximately 300 km from Shenzhen Guangdong Province. It contains light crude oil. The average depth of the ocean around the oilfield is about 500 meters with the deepest hole drilled reaching a depth of 4,831 meters.
