ချမ်းသာသောနိုင်ငံများက COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေးများ သိုလှောင်ခြင်းကို ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန်ဝေဖန်

ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ သမ္မတ ရိုဒရီဂို ဒူတာတေးက ဆင်းရဲသောနိုင်ငံများနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးဆဲနိုင်ငံများတွင် ကာကွယ်ဆေးရှားပါးမှုနှင့် ကြုံတွေ့နေရချိန်တွင် ချမ်းသာသောနိုင်ငံများက COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေး သိုလှောင်ထားရန် “တစ်ကိုယ်ကောင်းဆန်သော” အစီအစဉ်ကို စက်တင်ဘာ ၂၂ ရက်က ပြစ်တင်ရှုတ်ချခဲ့ကြောင်း သိရသည်။“ဆင်းရဲတဲ့နိုင်ငံတွေကို ဖျက်ဆီးနေတာ လူကလုပ်ဆောင်ထားတဲ့ ကာကွယ်ဆေးရှားပါးမှုဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု ဒူတာတေးက ၇၆ ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံတွင် ဗီဒီယိုမှတစ်ဆင့် ကြိုတင်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားသောမိန့်ခွန်း၌ ထည့်သွင်းပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

“ဆင်းရဲတဲ့နိုင်ငံတွေက လှည့်စားမှုတွေကို စောင့်ဆိုင်းနေရချိန်မှာ ချမ်းသာတဲ့နိုင်ငံတွေက အသက်ကယ်ကာကွယ်ဆေးတွေကို သိုလှောင်ထားကြတယ်” ဟု ၎င်းက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောခဲ့သည်။

“ဒါဟာ ယုံကြည်မှုနောက်ကွယ်က ထိတ်လန့်စရာဖြစ်ပြီး ကျိုးကြောင်းဆက်စပ်မှုရော ကိုယ့်ကျင့်တရားအရရော တရားမျှတမှုမရှိနိုင်တဲ့ တစ်ကိုယ်ကောင်းဆန်တဲ့ အပြုအမူအတွက် ပြစ်တင်ရှုတ်ချရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်” ဟု ဒူတာတေးက ဆိုသည်။

အခွင့်ထူးခံနိုင်ငံများအနေနှင့် COVAX Facility အစီအစဉ်နှင့် အခြားသော ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုနည်းလမ်းများ ပိုမိုအားကောင်းလာစေရေး အပြည့်အဝပံ့ပိုးပေးရန် ဒူတာတေးက တိုက်တွန်းခဲ့သည်။

“ကျွန်တော်တို့တွေ လူ့အသက်များစွာကို ကယ်တင်နိုင်ဖို့၊ ဗီဇပြောင်းဗိုင်းရပ်စ် သံသရာကို ဖြတ်တောက်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ့စီးပွားရေးပြန်လည်နာလန်ထူရေး အထောက်အကူဖြစ်စေဖို့ လိုပါတယ်” ဟု ဒူတာတေးက ဖြည့်စွက်ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

လက်ရှိတွင် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ၌ သေဆုံးသူ ၃၇,၀၇၄ ဦး အပါအဝင် COVID-19 ရောဂါဖြစ်ပွားမှု အတည်ပြုအရေအတွက် ၂.၄ သန်းကျော်ရှိပြီဖြစ်သည်။ COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံပြီးသူ အရေအတွက်မှာ ၄၁.၇၉ သန်းကျော်ရှိပြီဖြစ်ကာ ယင်းအနက် ၁၈.၈ သန်းမှာ အပြည့်အဝကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံပြီးဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် ယခုနှစ်တွင် လူဦးရေ ၇၇ သန်းအထိ ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံနိုင်ရန် ရည်မှန်းထားကြောင်း သိရသည်။

တရုတ်နိုင်ငံသည် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၂၈ ရက်မှစ၍ COVID-19 ကာကွယ်ဆေးများ ပေးပို့လျက်ရှိသည်။ ယင်းမှာ ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံသို့ ကိုရိုနာဗိုင်းရပ်စ် ကာကွယ်ဆေးပေးပို့ခဲ့သည့် ပထမဆုံးဖြစ်ကာ မတ်လ ၁ ရက်တွင် နိုင်ငံ၏ ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးနှံခြင်းအစီအစဉ်ကို စတင်နိုင်ခဲ့သည်။

Philippine president slams rich countries for hoarding COVID-19 vaccines

MANILA, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) — Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday condemned the rich countries’ “selfish” plan to hoard COVID-19 vaccines while poor and developing nations are experiencing vaccine drought.

“There is a man-made drought of vaccines ravaging poor countries,” Duterte said in a pre-recorded virtual address at the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
“Rich countries hoard life-saving vaccines, while poor nations wait for trickles,” he added.

“This is shocking beyond belief and must be condemned for what it is, a selfish act that can neither be justified rationally nor morally,” Duterte said.
Duterte urged the “privileged” countries “to fully support the COVAX Facility and further strengthen other (vaccine) cooperation mechanisms.”
“We need this to save more lives, break the cycle of variants, and help ensure global economic recovery,” Duterte added.

The Philippines now has over 2.4 million confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 37,074 deaths. The country has administered over 41.79 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines, and more than 18.8 million people have been fully vaccinated. The government aims to vaccinate up to 77 million people this year.

China has been delivering COVID-19 vaccines to the Philippines since Feb. 28. It was the first to provide coronavirus vaccines to the Southeast Asian country, allowing it to kick off its vaccination drive on March 1.

The Philippines has received so far nearly 65 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines from different vaccine makers. China delivered more than 50 percent of the Philippines’ COVID-19 vaccines stockpile. Enditem
