အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ ထိပ်တန်း ကျန်းမာရေးသုတေသနအဖွဲ့က နေအိမ်၌ပင် COVID-19 အမြန်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သည့် RAT ကိရိယာ အသုံးပြုရန် ခွင့်ပြု

အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ၏ ထိပ်တန်းကျန်းမာရေး သုတေသနအဖွဲ့ဖြစ်သော အိန္ဒိယ ဆေးသုတေသနကောင်စီ (ICMR) က အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံသားများအတွက် နေအိမ်၌ပင် COVID-19 စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သော rapid antigen test (RAT) ကိရိယာကို သုံးစွဲရန် ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်ကြောင်း တာဝန်ရှိသူများက မေ ၂၀ ရက်တွင် ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

အဆိုပါ သုတေသနအဖွဲ့က ပီယွန်မြို့ အခြေစိုက် Mylab Discovery Solutions ကုမ္ပဏီမှ ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီး CoviSelfTM (PathoCatch) COVID-19 OTC Antigen LF device ဟု လူသိများသော ကိုယ်တိုင်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သော CoviSelf ကိရိယာအတွက် ခွင့်ပြုချက်ကို ပေးအပ်ခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် ယင်းကိရိယာ RATs အား မည်သို့အသုံးပြုပုံနှင့် မည်သူတို့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ကြောင်း အသေးစိတ် လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များကို မေ ၁၉ ရက်က ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့သည်။

နေအိမ်၌ပင် ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးနိုင်သည့်ကိရိယာများသည် ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်း ဝန်ပိခြင်း အခက်အခဲအချို့ကို ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်လိမ့်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့်ကြောင်း တာဝန်ရှိသူများက ဆိုသည်။

“RAT ဖြင့် နေအိမ်တွင်ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးခြင်းကို ရောဂါလက္ခဏာပြသူများနဲ့ ဓာတ်ခွဲခန်းမှ ရောဂါပိုးရှိသောလူနာအဖြစ် အတည်ပြုထားသူနှင့် လောလောဆယ် ထိတွေ့မှုရှိသူများတွင်သာ အသုံးပြုဖို့ အကြံပြုထားပါတယ်။ မဆင်မခြင် စစ်ဆေးစမ်းသပ်မှုများအတွက်မူ အကြံမပြုထားပါဘူး” ဟု ICMR က ဆိုသည်။

“RAT နဲ့ ရောဂါမတွေ့ရှိကြောင်း (negative) ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ ရောဂါလက္ခဏာပြသူတွေအားလုံးအနေနဲ့ RT-PCR စစ်ဆေးမှုတွေကို ချက်ချင်းခံယူသင့်ပါတယ်။ RATs စစ်ဆေးမှုက ဗိုင်းရပ်စ်အနည်းငယ်ပဲရှိတဲ့ ပေါ့စတစ် (positive) လူနာတွေ လွတ်သွားနိုင်ဖွယ်ရှိတာကြောင့် ဒါက အထူးသဖြင့် အရေးကြီးပါတယ်” ဟု ICMR က ပြောကြားထားသည်။

ရောဂါလက္ခဏာပြပြီး RAT negative ဖြစ်သူများအားလုံးအနေဖြင့် COVID-19 ရောဂါသံသယရှိသူအဖြစ် ကုသမှုခံယူရနိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သလို RT-PCR စစ်ဆေးမှုရလဒ် စောင့်ဆိုင်းနေစဉ် နေအိမ်၌ သီးသန့်နေထိုင်ခြင်း စည်းကမ်းများကို လိုက်နာရန် သုတေသနအဖွဲ့က အကြံပြုထားသည်။

RATs အသုံးပြုပြီး နေအိမ်၌ ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးသူများအနေဖြင့် Google play store နှင့် the Apple store မှ ဒေါင်းလုတ် (download) ရယူနိုင်သည့် အက်ပ် (app) တွင် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်အသေးစိတ်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်သင့်ကြောင်း ICMR အရ သိရသည်။

“အဲဒီ mobile app က ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ရဲ့ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်ဖြစ်ပြီး လူနာကို positive သို့မဟုတ် negative ရလဒ်တွေကို ထုတ်ပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။ အသုံးပြုသူအားလုံးအနေနဲ့ မိုဘိုင်းဖုန်းတစ်လုံးထဲနဲ့ပဲ ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးမှုလုပ်ငန်းစဉ် ပြီးစီးတဲ့နောက်မှာ ရောဂါစစ်ဆေးမှုမှတ်တမ်း ဓာတ်ပုံကို click ပြုလုပ်ဖို့ အကြံပြုပါတယ်” ဟု ICMR က ဆိုသည်။

မိုဘိုင်းဖုန်းမှ အချက်အလက်အားလုံးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရာ ICMR COVID-19 testing portal နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော လုံခြုံစိတ်ချရသည့် ဆာဗာ (server) တွင် ထိန်းသိမ်းထားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

India’s top health research body approves RAT kit for rapid COVID-19 home-testing

NEW DELHI, May 20 (Xinhua) — India’s top health research body, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), has approved a rapid antigen test (RAT) kit for Indians to conduct the COVID-19 test at home, officials said Thursday.
The research body has granted the approval for the self-testing CoviSelf kit, also knowns as CoviSelfTM (PathoCatch) COVID-19 OTC Antigen LF device, which is manufactured by the Pune-based Mylab Discovery Solutions company and it issued detailed guidelines on how and who can use RATs on Wednesday.
The home test kits are expected to take some of the pressure off laboratories, officials said.
“Home testing by RAT is advised only in symptomatic individuals and immediate contacts of laboratory-confirmed positive cases. Indiscriminate testing is not advised,” the ICMR said.
“All symptomatic individuals who test negative by RAT should get themselves immediately tested by RT-PCR. This is especially important as the RATs are likely to miss few positive cases presenting with a low viral load,” it said.
The research body said all RAT negative symptomatic individuals may be treated as suspect COVID-19 cases and advised them to follow the home isolation protocol while awaiting the RT-PCR test result.
According to the ICMR, the home test using RATs should be conducted according to the procedure detailed in an app, which can be downloaded from the Google play store and the Apple store.
“The mobile app is a comprehensive guide of the testing procedure and will provide a positive or negative test result to the patient. All users are advised to click a picture of the test strip after completing the test procedure with the same mobile phone,” the ICMR said.
The data from the mobile phone will be centrally captured in a secure server which is connected with the ICMR COVID-19 testing portal, where all data will be eventually stored.
The top medical body also assured that patient confidentiality will be fully maintained. Enditem
