တရုတ်နိုင်ငံက အဆိုပြုထားသော ရပ်ဝန်းနှင့် ပိုးလမ်းမ အဆိုပြုချက် (BRI) ၏ အထင်ကရစီမံကိန်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်သော တရုတ်-ပါကစ္စတန် စီးပွားရေးစင်္ကြံ (CPEC) က ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ၏ စီးပွားရေးအခင်းအကျင်း အသွင်ပြောင်းရေး၌ အချက်အချာကျသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လျက်ရှိကြောင်း ပါကစ္စတန် ဝန်ကြီးချုပ် ရှာဘတ်ဇ် ရှာရစ်ဖ်က ဇူလိုင် ၅ ရက်က ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။

CPEC အောက်ရှိ ဒေါ်လာဘီလီယံနှင့်ချီသော ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုစီမံကိန်းများ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်းသည် ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံထံ လူမှု-စီးပွားရေး အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ ဆောင်ကြဉ်းပေးခဲ့ကြောင်းနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် အခြားဒေသများ၌ ပါကစ္စတန်၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်ကို ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးခဲ့ကြောင်း ရှာရစ်ဖ်က CPEC လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခြင်း ဆယ်နှစ်ပြည့် အခမ်းအနား၌ ပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ကြေညာခဲ့သော CPEC သည် ပါကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်တောင်ပိုင်းရှိ ဂွာဒါဆိပ်ကမ်းအား တရုတ်နိုင်ငံ အနောက်မြောက်ပိုင်း ရှင်းကျန်း (ဝေဂါ) ကိုယ်ပိုင်အုပ်ချုပ်ခွင့်ရဒေသရှိ Kashgar မြို့နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ထားသော စင်္ကြံတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။

CPEC plays pivotal role in transforming Pakistan’s economic landscape: PM

ISLAMABAD, July 6 (Xinhua) — Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said on Wednesday that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a flagship project of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), has been playing a pivotal role in transforming Pakistan’s economic landscape.

The implementation of a number of multi-billion-dollar development projects under the CPEC has brought socio-economic benefits to Pakistan and helped the country progress in the region and beyond, Sharif said while addressing a ceremony to mark a decade of the signing of CPEC.

Launched in 2013, the CPEC is a corridor linking the Gwadar port in southwestern Pakistan with Kashgar in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.

He said that the pace of work on the CPEC projects will be further expedited in the coming days, and the cooperation between the two countries is being enhanced in various areas including agriculture, special economic zones, information technology, and exploration of mineral resources.

Over the past 10 years, the CPEC has gathered momentum unheard of in Pakistan’s economic history with complete support from the Chinese leadership, the prime minister said.
